They wanted to charge to refile, at which time I pointed out their lifetime guarantee that I'd paid for and they seemed confused even though it was on the receipt but ended up not charging me. ALSO. They charge $50 if you want to take the payment for filing your taxes out of your return, which I made very clear I did not want to do. I wanted to pay for my taxes to be filed, and get my full refund, later on. They still charged me the $50. When I saw this on my receipt I returned to the center where I had my taxes done and they said I'd have to go to HQ to get a refund, but were unable to tell me where HQ was? It was a total cluster, like no idea how this place is operational.
