The phone was answered by "Jodie" and she couldn't have been any more rude. I was told that the computer showed my return had been filed and there was nothing they could do and I could refile my return by mail. I decided to call the irs myself and they told me they had no record of me filing for 2019. I immediately called the office and " Jodie" answered again and believe it or not she was even more rude than before. Again I was told there was nothing they could do.
