Impossible to reach the accountant you are dealing with. Julie Vaiman mispelled my son's name and I have contacted that office many times and never heard back from them. In addition I did my parents taxes here and my mother's last name was mispelled as well. The worst part is, when I was doing taxes this year, my new accountant discovered that Julie filed our taxes without insurance and we ended up paying more than were supposed to ( I remember asking them if they need proof of insurance and they said no). Now this year I have to file for amendment to claim some of my money back. Absolutely unprofessional, rip off place.

Thats fine, but the reason for the 1 star review is that the receptionist hung up on me without saying thank you or good bye. I said I prefer to come into the office and she said she would check to see if that is possible and put me on a brief hold and when she came back on the line she said: "We won't be able to do that." And then just hung up immediately. No closing salutation, nothing. I don't think I am being very picky about etiquette to say hanging up on a customer is beyond rude and unprofessional.
