During our phone call I mentioned that I had emailed her a week ago asking for my 2012 tax return via an email PDF. She never responded so I called her. When we spoke, she said my return was on an old computer and it would take her days to retrieve it and she was very busy with the looming 10/15 deadline. My logo wasn't in the format they needed and when I spoke to Steve this morning and asked why I keep having to chase them to get updates on what I load/send he said well we are very busy. My response was if you are too busy for my business you should just tell me. He very rudely said yes we are and you should go somewhere else. Bottom line is they are too busy to work with new customers and were not friendly during any of this process. I look forward to working with their competitors.
