My husband transferred his auto loan from his bank in Canada to PNC after his immigration approval. During that process PNC lost his social security information 3 different times as well as the title to his truck twice. It has been 2 years and they are still requesting that he provide the title for his truck which had been provided twice already. Last year we bought a house and sold our condo. The buyer of our condo used PNC as their lender and after the 45 day processing. PNC ask for an extension which we gave to them and once that time expired they asked for another extension because they lost the buyer's paperwork. This caused us to have to push our move in date to our new house which would have cost us over $6000 due to fees for missing the agreed upon move in date had we not contacted our lawyer and got legal counsel involved. It took 3 months before I was able to officially close my PNC account due to all of the above. My husband's immigration is up for renewal and it is costing us almost $200 to access our own bank statements since closing that account, even though I was told by their customer service line that it would only cost $5 to access our checking account statements. The person helping me at the branch said she did not have time to access those statements for me and that I need to come back. For such a large entity, I have been nothing but appalled at their lack of communication, organization, professionalism, and overall customer service.

I heard some insurance agents actually check in to make sure you have the coverage you need. I heard some agents even send a BIRTHDAY card! I found out I didn't have rental car coverage on my car insurance. I thought I made sure to include that-- a long time ago. I also found out that my roof isn't fully insured! Oh.. not from HIM-- by calling the office and talking to SARAH. I spoke to a jerk in the office about my car insurance coverage who was condescending and rude. I'd change but I like Sarah..
