Despite Park National notifying me of why this happened, after a second check bounced, the bank notified me again. While I was speaking with representatives regularly to solve this problem, this bank saw it fit to overdraw my account by $1,000,000,000 without saying anything to me. Park National isn't a good financial institution, for your own sake you should bank elsewhere.

First off they are to expensive to file taxes at, Ive been going to an…read moreH&R Block for 6 years and this last year was the first year going to the Newark branch, the lady was extremely unprofessional she used another staff members computer the whole time she did my taxes so that everything wasn't even under her name, she also printed off both my taxes for Heath and work taxes for Columbus and said I owed nothing to Columbus, along with a sheet stating I owed nothing. She informed me to still send in my w2, but no payment, and I did. My Heath taxes I owed and I paid. 3 months later I get a letter from Columbus saying I owe them $375plus a late fee of $95. I had purchased with H'R block identity shield protection plan and piece of mind plan which was $279!!!!! At the time of filling taxes. Even with the paper THEIR employee had printed saying I owed $0 I still had to pay the $375 plus late fee $95 they did nothing about it...... they proceeded to tell me, "sorry this happened but you need to look through your taxes every year to make sure they are done right" IF I could/wanted to do my own taxes I would, obviously I'm hiring a professional because they SHOULD know what they are doing...... Ridiculous. I will never go back here again so unprofessional expensive and a big waste of time......
