I reached out to Mark (or Peter, unclear as to his real name) after a relatively decent introduction call for a follow-on during the 2018 tax season. I confirmed an appointment, and he sent me a calendar request but no-showed on my call after I phoned his office and reached his secretary. I reached back out to him to seek clarification and he said it was my fault for not accepting the calendar request (which has no option to do so) and said his next availability was nearly 3 weeks away. I begrudgingly booked the slot, and he said his office would send a confirmation, which they did not. He phoned me and left an extremely rude voicemail, and after I emailed to better understand his process, his said the situation was my fault once again and that I should improve my organization skills. Seriously? I employ interns with better organizational skills than his firm. Avoid at all costs and pay a real professional to do your taxes.
