When Jackie Rahman was questioned about this blatant overcharge, she argued that the sign with the advertised price didn't exist. That excuse was not only insulting, but also dishonest. To make matters worse, when I checked another Jackson Hewitt location, I found the sign I had seen when I was at the Pima and Chapparal Walmart location and confirmed with that employee that the posted price was indeed not to exceed $149. It's unacceptable to mislead and overcharge, especially a senior citizen, and then deny the existence of the advertised price. I am appalled at their lack of integrity and transparency.
