The following year I was informed by the IRS that my return contained mistakes. Aaron paid the penalty and interest for that. However, I recently, years later, received a notice from the AZ Dept of Taxation and realized that the mistakes were not corrected on my state return, and I now owe them as well. Aaron is refusing to pay the penalty and interest fees for his mistake. I don't understand why he is not taking responsibility for his mistakes. I'm guessing it's because he knows it would cost me more to file in small claims court than I'm asking him for. Bottom line, I don't recommend him as a trustworthy accountant.

I had to spend Easter Sunday filing my own return on Turbotax.
