Our company has been using this firm since 2019 for our business taxes. I think they have experienced some growth since then and have forgotten the clients that helped make them what they are today. They no longer return phone calls or emails which makes running a business even more challenging. They provide dates to submit your return info online then extend you anyways despite meeting those deadlines and expect you to pay for the extensions even though you did your part correctly. They've missed some significant deductions the past few years and are generally not very thorough. There is a serious lack of professionalism and duty to their clients. I recommend utilizing another firm that is more engaged with their clients. read more

I upload my documents, send off an email saying I submitted and then I get an email back saying the documents are ready with the docusign and auto-pay/withdrawal setup on the bank account. Coming from Atlanta, I had been paying over a grand a year [in addition to bookkeeping service fees] for my partnership LLC and married jointly 1040. After losing my job and finding myself out a monthly cash flow equal to my previous accountant's fee, there was no way I could afford to keep them. So I found Shayne, and I am thrilled to be working with her. Besides working with my budget [including the timing I outlined in which I can pay], she also was very informative about my actual return. Her assistant set up an appointment and I got to meet her face to face [something I never was able to do with my previous accountant] and she went over our whole thing right then and there. So we had a ball park figure when we left her office, which really took a weight off my shoulders. I had been stressed about my return for months, but in a matter of minutes Shayne figured it out. She also informed me on how to pay [I never had owed before], where to send and everything. She sent in my paper work for me, including the one that had to be sent on paper in the mail. Her fee was a third of what I was used to paying, so I am stoked to have some financial security again. I will be working with her from now on! I highly recommend her, especially to small time business owners or partnerships. Finally decided to leave a voicemail, asking someone get back to me regarding their services, and I never got a call back. Apparently they don't need new business? I think that even if you don't do business with someone, it's still good etiquette to return multiple missed calls and a voicemail. UPDATE: I did receive an email... After writing the Yelp review. Actually though, I had problems with my taxes for years due to identity theft, re-filling, etc. There were two years where the IRS did not even issue my returns which amounted to about $8,000. I went to Shayne after seeing her great reviews on Yelp and I have yet to be disappointed. Within 6 months she got me the money the IRS had owed me for almost 2 years.
