This parking lot can be a bit tricky, specifically the side that H&R Block is located on because it's hard to find parking at times. This was the first year we used this location instead of the other PC location. They got us back really fast, and it didn't take us long at all to get our taxes completed! Maybe an hour at most. A sweet lady in the office gave our 5 year old a piece of candy for doing such a good job during our visit, which I thought was really nice. The downside to H&R in general is having to pay around $400 to get taxes filed professionally, but the upside is how fast they typically come back to our emerald card! I made an appointment for 11:15 am for tax preparation. They have several options to choose from, and I chose the 15 minute sit down to review the documents and then leave while they did the work. I arrived at 11:10 for my appointment, sat there until 11:30, then walked out. If I wanted to meet after 11:30, I would have made the appointment as such. While waiting 20 minutes, another customer with an 11:30 appointment came in, and they didn't even have a record of his appointment. read more

We have been coming to this location for probably 3 years to have our taxes done. You need to make your appointment earlier in the year, mid-late January for faster service. They take walk ins, so a couple of times due to walk ins being taken before we got there, we had to wait after our appointment times. We don't feel that they are 100% trying to get us our best refund, so we will be trying another place next year. Of course we don't know that for sure, so we shall see when we have something to compare to. read more
