I was going to order a whole array of services. However, the ladies on the answering service somehow failed to secure my appointment. Even after I called twice, and two different people got my information into the system, I never received an email confirmation. When I called for the third time, I was told just to call in at the time of my appointment that someone would be ready to help even if I didn't receive the email confirmation. Of course, that was the wrong information. I called at my confirmed time and got a "let me see if someone is available". I moved meetings around to be available for this call and I was baffled by the lack of respect. Jenkins sends me a form to fill out in advance, I save my receipts and write down my expenses and income. If I stay organized throughout the year the process with Jenkins & Company is pretty simple. Every year I have received refunds. When I request a meeting I get it. When I am travelling and working in another state I can just mail in my forms and they handle everything remotely.
