They love to talk about family and give financial advice. I've been filing my taxes on my own since I was 17 when I got emancipated. They really helped me understand how filing taxes work and how my school, job, & future family plans work when it comes to filing taxes. They break down everything piece by piece for you to understand if you're new to taxes. They make it simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend. Their fee isn't much at all which is great for those who aren't expecting a refund, but if you are even better. That just means a bigger tax refund for you. As I provided this information the receptionist stated, "I will send that right away." Several days had passed by and no one had emailed my return information. I then again called the office and now they are charging me a $35 fee for a copy mind you this I was charged over a $1000 in fees last year. Don't you think that I deserve a copy without any fees they are not family oriented and they are taking advantage of one by still trying to charge. I was recommended by someone but never again will I go again to this company.
