For years, The communication from this management company has been consistently poor. The notices…read morewe receive regarding our homeowners association are routinely written in a harsh, adversarial tone, as though residents are viewed as the problem rather than members of the community they are supposed to serve. A recent example of this style began in April 2026. The homeowners received notice requiring replacement of electrical panels, with a compliance deadline of May 2026. The notice instructed residents to submit their proposed repair plans to Earth Management for approval before proceeding and warned of fines for failing to comply with the deadline or for completing the work without prior approval. I promptly complied. I submitted a complete plan that met all of the stated requirements and scheduled my licensed electrician to complete the installation in time to meet the May deadline. Since then, I have sent five follow-up emails and made numerous phone calls, leaving multiple voicemail messages. As of August 2026, I have not received a single response--not even an acknowledgment that my submission was received.
