Never in my life been treated the way Gerald Kileen's office treated me. I've been inquiring about a form they should have had to me months ago. Every time I call it's either "he's working on it" or "he will email it to you tonight".. I don't understand why they lie, like blatantly lie?? Today in the phone I was told he has another month to get it to me (not true) so I laughed out of frustration then the receptionist had the nerve to say my laughing doesn't help the situation. . . Has done taxes for family business past several years. Sent last years taxes to him. No response. Have contacted his office atleast 10 times this past year. Receptionist take my information and promise to get back to me. Can't find tax paperwork, say Killeen may have them. Don't know if taxes were filed, if taxes owed or refund due. Would avoid this office. Will never use again. Make matters worse as I live 12 hours away from his office, so I can't just drop in. read more

When I first met Mr. Killeen I thought he was very nice, very professional and he even offered to assist our non-profit at no cost although we did offer to pay him. Unfortunately after stringing us along for 5+ months and his office saying that our taxes were filed, they weren't. When additional appointments were made to figure this out, his office cancelled them and then told us to go somewhere else. I can't recommend his office. read more
