( I repeatedly asked for them to do the paperwork to fix it) When they finally did the paperwork, the state said it was past the deadline and they would not give me the refund. The manager had me fill out the paperwork to file a claim, so the company would pay the claim, due to it was their error. I submitted it back to her. That was over a year ago. They still have done nothing and the manager won't talk to me on the phone. I have tried calling their corporate line and am told, no one can help me, except for the 1 manager,. Who won't return my calls.

Upon filing taxes this year, I asked my tax prep if I can include my private daycare. She was not sure and advised me "probably not". Since she is newer and I did not feel confident in her answer, after filing, I did my own research and found I was able to claim it. I called back the office and she mentioned she did not say that (false) and they were going to charge me more to amend. I was upset bc it was their mistake to begin with. Needless to say, the owner Tom got on the phone and mistaken me for another client and said he is doing me a favor by giving me a discount, was RUDE and hung up on me without advising how to help me. I can't believe how unprofessional he was! Not only did I pay for my taxes to be prepared but they did them incorrectly and also will not disclose my personal tax info to me. I tried calling back and the receptionist hung up on me. They have my federal documents. Isn't this against the law?? I am also contacting the IRS to do a complaint as well. He thought I was someone else- didn't let me talk- cursed me out and has my documents and hung up on me and his staff. He needs to be reported to IRS- and SHUT DOWN.
