Her answer was do you want me to do your taxes or not? 5 days later I came to her office. Taxes not done, never came out to acknowledge me in the waiting room. Purposely took another client with an appointment. She told her secretary I had to wait. I asked if my taxes were done, the secretary stated no, I asked for my papers and left.
