I dropped off my taxes to be done and was waiting for a phone call. I called to check the status of my return and I got sarcasm and attitude. She put me on hold, or so she thought and was swearing about me and "losing her mind". Once she realized I wasn't on hold, she hung up on me. I called back and I was told if I didnt like what she was saying I could come pick up my stuff and hung up on me again. I did nothing to provoke this and did not deserve to be treated like this. I then called and asked if Jacqui Wagner could please call me and she never responded. She obviously doesn't care the way her employees treat their clients! Jacqui does have a nice person answering phones and questions. I feel sorry for her! If you want to be treated with some common decency, I would not go this office!

Was not given any heads up that it would cost this much. I have inquired with other CPAs in the area and have been quoted in the $125-150 range. No one even came close to doubling the amount. Safe to say I won't be returning to use this firm unfortunately. Seems like a pure money grab and they are up charging all the old clients that transferred over from ML Collier. Sad. My sister and parents were charged $167 and they have way more complex taxes than me. They already told me they won't be back as well if something doesn't change. Close to April 18th I called and asked about my returns and they told me if I brought them in after March 28th they would have to file an extension. If they had explained this to me before, I would have taken my returns elsewhere. Now I have to pay over $3000 in penalties, plus I now also owe the IRS money that I must pay by October 15th which I was not prepared to do, in the amount required. This firm is very unprofessional, and I really not sure if the person name Matt, did all he could on my returns. I plan to seek another opinion. My refund has been delayed and still not gonna be issued to me for another 3 weeks due to a mistake they made. Before we went into the office we was told a person in the actual office location was going to prepare the taxes (which was a lie). In addition to that lie, the owner filed our taxes incorrectly adding any expense to the HR Block eFile that we thought was an expense without clarifying anything. He placed filing names in the wrong errors on the tax form and he didn't calculate the revenues/expenses correctly. Very inexperience and I consider this fraud!
