First, I attempted to call a few times and the phone would make this loud beeping noise and I was unable to get through to anyone. As a result of not getting through to anyone, I decided to fill out the contact form with the hopes of scheduling a consultation. After not hearing from anyone, I decided to continue my CPA search. A week later, I received an email stating he was sorry and they would have someone look into the phone situation. I decided to give him a call and still give the company a chance. When he answered the phone, he appear very rushed but said we could schedule a consultation for Friday at 10AM via phone (he would call). Friday at 10AM came and I did not receive any calls. To say the least, I was very disappointed to have to start my search all over again. I had high hopes for the company based on the reviews. Hopefully the communication improves.
