Had the worst experience imaginable with Ana Garcia. If you have a retirement, 401k, or anything other than a simple W2. If you have any money or anything in savings or invested these people are not going to help you. They are frauds. They don't grasp the tax laws. Secondly, Sue Grimsley and all the other employees that work at this location give themselves 5 star reviews to hype up their numbers. This whole place is a scam and will steal your money from you. They are crooks. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE MONEY AND TIME. read more

Then one day I went in and was told policy had changed and I could n o longer do that. When asked why, I was told that I was probably buying drugs and they didn't want to be a part of it. That was crazy. Asked for manager. He said that my friend's account had been inactive except for my xfers. Looked like drugs. I asked for some scissors and cut my card up on the spot and told them to close account. Got a cashiers check and took my business elsewhere.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT use Jackson Hewitt to do your taxes. I have done my own taxes, however, a…read morefew years ago decided use their service. 1st year, they made a small error "$200". I didnt find out about it until I AFTER i used them the following year, where they not only made a HUGE mistake/error, but refused to resolve the issue, telling me "our attorneys are better than yours" (I have this recorded in case their is any doubt). The year that I found out about it was when I was doing my taxes and it became apparent something was wrong. I was told "dont do anything and hope the IRS doesnt find out.". Do you want this to represent you? I wouldn't wish the ongoing IRS aggravation I have had to deal with on anyone. I will never let anyone file my taxes for me.
