I did so and later agreed to loan his company $100k (plus interest) to help him start up his business, which he assured me was well-supported by existing and new clients. He personally guaranteed the loan. After one minimal and very delayed installment payment, he stopped paying, repeatedly assured me he would pay me back and then reneged on every assurance he gave me. He eventually filed for personal bankruptcy, leaving me and several other creditors high and dry. I sued him and his firm in Fairfax County, and have default judgments against both. Personally (and unfortunately), he is judgment protected. I have pursued his company now for over 4 years, but to no avail. Whether he is still an IRS Enrolled Agent or not is not clear. His name does not appear on the IRS's website as far as I can tell. Can he be trusted? I leave that to others to evaluate. But my experience should perhaps be a warning to those who have considered or are working with any outfit with which he is associated.

Drove from WDC to Haymarket, VA and arrived 15 minutes early for the confirmed appointment. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no response upon arrival. Multiple phone calls were placed, several text messages were sent, and attempts were made at the location with three doorbell rings and two knocks on the door. No answer. No communication. No follow-up. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience, especially after taking the time to travel (30+ miles in rush hour traffic) for a confirmed appointment.
