To this day I still have not received my federal refund from that year. The next year went off without a hitch. Then 2021 taxes were filed and paid for. They called to tell me they needed a specific number from IRS before it would go through so we filed our own extension and attempted to get this number. Repeatedly we got the runaround and Jackson Hewitt would never return our calls. We went to this location asking for answers and yet another request for help and we were greeted by a man in dirty, stained sweats who not only played dumb but lied to us about having a customer already. We promptly went to H and R Block and they had exactly what we needed in 10 minutes. Jackson Hewitt lied about promo rewards, never giving them (total of $150.00 in rewards). Jackson Hewitt was paid for completing our 2021 taxes. They kept our money but act like they "can't" finish the job We will NEVER return to Jackson Hewitt and God help you if you do.
