This is basically a good bank with numerous local branches in coastal towns like Freeport, Yarmouth…read moreand Falmouth. Our local staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, they have free checking and the basics like free online bill paying. My one gripe is that their mobile app is very temperamental. We rely on it for depositing checks, where we take a photo of both sides of the check with the app's connection to our iPhone's camera. Quite often the app doesn't succeed in depositing the check, but instead gives us a vague cryptic message like 'we are having trouble depositing your check. Please try again later'. This has been going on for more than 3 years despite upgrades of the app. It's very frustrating and would've been a deal killer had I known if its unreliability when we first got an account here.

I walked inside and asked all the tellers who were staring at me where the atm machine was. They told me to go stand in the line of cars that were outside at the drive through atm.... on a blind turn.... holding a baby. Extremely dangerous to even be offering that suggestion to customers! It was apparently my only option so I tried to stay close to the side. They all made sure to look out the window and watch me stand there though. So glad I don't bank here.
