Determined. Relentless. Comprehensive. Resourceful. Thorough. Responsible. These, literally, are just a handful of terms we would use - without any hesitation - to describe the incredible, beautiful work Mike did for us on our family property. He's just flat-out amazing!!! (Ooops. And, courageous!) We needed to demolish an old 2-story studio and a 1,600 SF dilapidated home, where we contacted upwards of a dozen or so area contractors that allegedly specialized in this type of work, but - They failed to return our calls; or, they failed to show up after returning our calls and setting up an appointment; or, they showed up but never formally bid the project; or, they ran from the opportunity after bidding it. That was not, at all, the case with Mike ... He retuned my call. He arrived on time at the job site. He walked the entire (very, VERY important) job site. He discussed the process with me. He bid the job, right then and right there, with me. He, actually, started the job earlier than planned. And, then, he stuck with us through DAILY rain, until the job was completely done. And, when I say "done," I mean "done" beyond our expectations ... Mike even graded-out the ruts from the rain, working his way backwards out toward our gate. There's just not enough room, here, to say everything positive about Mike and his work. Bottom Line: He took a genuine eyesore and - in the end - turned it COMPLETELY around ... Amazing!!!

Despite the fact my mom's house is in a remote area they were happy to drive 2 hours to get the job done. They were very professional, hard working and respectful to the delicate job of throwing away 30 years of "stuff". At one point they brought me a scrap book containing photos of my step father's army days they found in the shed, proving they were aware there could be some sentimental items mixed in. We were happy with the price, especially considering the amount of paints and chemicals that had to be disposed of properly. They made what seemed like an insurmountable task so much easier and we are forever grateful.

The topsoil that was brought in was pretty bad. It had trash (metal, socks, plastic, rocks) and within a couple of weeks, I had a masssive amount of pig weed, which I am still battling. I also didn't think to ask about sloping for drainage, which was included in the other quote but was evidently not part of this one. so the run off was pretty bad, leaving gulleys, ditches and standing water after heavy rains. I had to spend a considerable sum to get someone to grade and install a culvert. Again, the fill in itself was good. Just be sure you ask about where the topsoil comes from and how drainage will be dealt with if you use this company.
