I love HEB but not this one. It's too small for the surrounding communities, it's always sold out of something. It's packed all the time unless you go at 6 am when they open. Stopped by this location on the way back from a day trip. They had the two things I wanted in stock: Dr Pepper coconut zero and revolver blood and honey light beer. Grabbed two of each and heads to the front, On the Fresh Foods side, only self checkout was open. Despite having non-self lanes, none were open. I'd have to go all the way across the store to a manned checkout, then all the way back if I didn't want to check myself out. I left my stuff on lane 1 (closed) and let a floor manager know why. Their response? "Yeah, okay." That's it. Nothing else. Why don't I use self checkout? 1) I'm buying alcohol and can't self checkout - it's still going to require a staffer to validate my age 2) I don't work at heb and you're not giving me a discount for doing your employees work 3) in this county, if I make a mistake scanning something or don't catch a system error, that's shoplifting (county motto: come on vacation, leave on probation) It's a clear signal that this HEB doesn't want my business, so I'm happy to take it elsewhere. read more

I think those coming to complain about curbside or gas should take a moment and breathe. Yes, curbside is crowded, especially at peak hours or cold weather conditions. It's also the only place nearby that offers curbside. I don't think they anticipated how popular this feature would become less than 2 years after opening. As for the gas station and things being closed or not clear in/out/one way signs - have you ever been stuck in a one way gas station that has spots open but people can't get through or people don't want to use because their gas tank is on the other side? I do notice that people love to speed through the gas station, but those are the same people that will do that anywhere. I like the drive thru pharmacy, but I do notice that some patrons are very slow...it will always be an issue with drive-thrus. I don't know why people don't have their payments ready, their ID out, or don't know what medication they're picking up or for whom. The speaker can be a little loud and it just blows my mind to hear the reasons for the slow up at the pharmacy. Otherwise, the process is fairly quick to pick up meds that are ready. Remember, your insurance coverage isn't the pharmacy's fault for how much it's going to cost you. As for expired or bad food, I have not experienced this ever. And I have been shopping here since it opened. I've had nothing but pleasant customer service. I think the most "problems" I have had are crowded stores and items low or out of stock right before holiday or cold weather periods. I'm still a fan of this HEB as population grows. read more

Absolutely wouldn't use this place if there was a grocery store within 5 miles of it. They have built a business and the curbside is a disaster! 35 min before you can get your stuff 4 out of 10times. Literally nine cars that came after me came and went before i could get my stuff. I went in twice to talk to a manager, spoke to 3 people and couldn't get ANYTHING done. You are at their mercy and they 2 care less about ORDER. They couldn't care less about who came when. Don't use this store! It's pathetic to say the least! HEB is the best grocery store in my area, cheaper typically than Randall's and Sprouts, except for Randall's excellent specials, particularly on meat. The selection is abundant, the help is efficient and pleasant, and I particularly admire the social outreach that the store conducts during emergencies and other needy situations. read more

Curbside order decent size. All items ordered were received but what's with 1 item in numerous bags while others are jammed full? Products especially produce are better here than other H‑E‑B stores so we make the 20 minute drive. Sometimes a wait for handler to deliver the order but no big deal. TLDR: Very good, brand new HEB (as of Fall 2021) in a prime location. North Leander / Liberty Hill has needed a brand new supermarket for a long time; there's a gap of sorts between Georgetown and Leander for a grocery store beyond Copper Ridge Market. This new HEB has a lot to recommend it - plenty of parking, a good location with access off Hwy 29 and R. Reagan Blvd, and well stocked produce, liquor, and dry goods departments. On the flip side, it's not an HEB+ and you definitely notice the smaller footprint of the store. It feels slightly more cramped than a larger store - by that I mean the aisles themselves are narrower. In particular, watch out for a bottleneck between where the produce, fresh food, and freezer areas intersect! Still, worth going to if you need groceries and don't want to drive another 20 minutes to the south or west! read more

My daughter and her friend went shopping today and bought beer. My daughter is 23 and her friend is 22. My daughter has a Texas Real ID and her friend has a Florida Real ID. A store employee named Scott followed them around the store but would not approach them. Feeling harassed my daughter asked why he was following them around the store as they were shopping. He asked for IDs. He said the Florida ID was illegal which is a lie. It has the Real ID star. My other daughter who is 25 went back in and asked what was wrong with the ID and she said it was illegal to buy alcohol in Texas with an out of state license which it is not. If she would have said it was against store policy I would have understood but she lied. There is a reason why this store only has 2.5 stars. I and my family will not going to the Ronald Reagan store again. Just FYI the fruits and vegetables are better at Sprouts and Natural Grocers. read more

Nice store and always packed. They seem to be out of many things all the time . HEB is more expensive on almost every item than Randall's or Kroger it seems, but their produce is excellent. Chicken prices not bad, sushi....ugh.....You can grab live crawfish here when in season. The bakery ladies are super nice and the goods are great. They sell a lot of wine but it does not come close to what Specs has to offer. We drive 10 miles to get our pharmacy items because this one is so bad! I have rarely been more furious in my life. Whoever worked your pharmacy window tonight needs to be fired, and fired fast. My wife spoke to someone in the pharmacy after leaving the Urgent Care with our three year old son who has a 104 degree temperature. All we needed were the meds and she was in line. Per whoever answered the phone it was all good as long as we were in line before 8pm. To the woman who just said "Nope, we are closed" and then slid the window shut, you are a real piece of work. I hired HEB Blooms for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding October 2024. I know what your thinking a grocery store florist for a wedding... Believe me they were amazing. The service and competance of the floral department was top notch. They were great to work with and the floral package they delivered and set up was perfect. I would highly recommend them. read more

Following voicing a serious complaint about an employee coming into my personal space unannounced and unnecessarily in the self-checkout (I mean in a real-life reach-around-my-body-type scenario), store manager Kevin approached me in an aggressive, escalatory manner and accused me of making a threat which he said they couldn't have there. Kevin had followed me to where I was engaged in another transaction with employee Claire after the fact. I have made numerous complaints about the personal space violations. All Kevin said initially said was, "We're just tryin' to do our job." I originally asked for the store manager. Kevin said he was. I had explained that I was going to have to come back through the same line in a few minutes and didn't want to have the same experience or any further problem with an employee. Upon returning to the front doors of the store, I found what appeared to be Kevin retelling another employee (Alex) about what occurred. I had their full attention when I walked back through the doors. I was then profiled by Alex as she made it a point to monitor me and come to the self-checkout where I made it clear what Kevin had done wasn't right. I told her that he came after me in an escalatory manner and accused me of a threat. She said, "I don't know what was said, Have a good night, sir." I also asked for my HEB customer service complaint to be forwarded to Mr. Tom Angelini who is in charge of Corporate HEB Customer Service which doesn't seem to have been done. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well - Case #: 21143333. The store refused to respond to the BBB. Someone would do well to instill the idea in these problematic employees that customer service is the job they should be "trying" to do and that without customers like myself, they wouldn't have gainful employment. Maybe a public speaking course would help as one can't necessarily be taught empathy. read more

For the gas station- every other pump was "out of order" . No obvious "in" or "out" directions which made for absolute chaos and every man for himself. I've been in the store too and it's ok. HEB continually stops carrying real brands in favor of their knockoff brands that don't taste as good. So I wind up going to target or Walmart to get the real thing. The OJ section is a joke:10 feet of different H‑E‑B or central market brands and a tiny 2x2 square of actual brands like Tropicana or Florida's natural. And the HEB fresh squeezed OJ is now $10 for a half gallon. read more

We are next door to Heb and love to shop near Ronald Reagan. Most of the time we order cubside so that we can avoid going inside the store during pandemic. Of late we are seeing curbside is unavailable same day or available for paying additional amount. Due to this we have started shopping online in Target where we can get our grocery free of charge delivered to the door within 2 hours. Just wanted to let the management know about the inconvenience and same day curbside unavailable or available at a charge but next day curbside is free. read more

Like Fort Knox trying return an item at the customer service counter. Expect them to ask a manager for literally any item. Its like they either give the service person no autonomy or that person just cant use their judgement to correct a situation or knows how to use a computer- maybe all of the above. Then expect your simple return to take 30 minutes while it is all mishandled and they returned the item for less than you paid for it so you are at a loss. Also expect them to inflate the per pound or oz prices - do the math everytime at the register to make sure they arent trying to rip you off. read more

Worst heb ever. Never stocked, management doesn't care. After shopping at HEB I go to randalls and find everything (staples) heb is missing, or anothet HEB. Management tries to stock on sundays but really just chats in the spice aisles, literally the aisle needed least to stock. Just really sad, this heb does not do more and it is solely due to horrible management. read more
