Crispy, packed, and clearly made with intent. This was not some lazy throw-together. This thing had heart. It had purpose. It had soul. Every bite delivered exactly what you want when you order a quesadilla in a place like this. And the sweet tea. Mate, the sweet tea. Cold, strong, and perfect.
