I visited H Massage with my husband over the weekend. We made an appointment and our massage sessions began promptly. We really enjoyed the foot massages and chose to get the special they had where you get a body massage as well. The chairs are super comfortable and everyone seemed very nice. We both felt like we had paid a lot more money for lower quality massages in the past and thought that this was a great massage, especially for the price. Everything appeared very clean and I felt very relaxed. Looking forward to going again soon! read more

I come here every other week and always ask for Jenny. She is the absolute best!!! The Thai and the combination Thai massages are great. The place looks a little scratchy from outside and it's not the typical American spa atmosphere that you might expect, but the staff is super friendly and professional. Last year, they used to have two experienced (30s & 40s) male masseuses who really knew what they were doing. They were very professional and really knew how to hit the key spots with appropriate pressure points according to the size of the customer. Yesterday, however, they gave me a highly IN-experienced young male person [I won't refer him as a masseuse because he didn't know what the heck he was doing] who was on the borderline Sadistic as all he did for 45 minutes of my massage was to inject P-A-I-N. Every pressure point, every contact he made on different parts of my body were like Torture in the Medieval Period: 1. He pressed down my skull at the top of my head further compressing my neck and feeling a compression down my spine, instead of stretching them. 2. He pressed the inside bones of my ankles (left & right) and kept pressing down to the point that I had to scream "Ouch" 3x times. But, he didn't understand English and/or refused to admit that the Customer was crying in pain as he kept on pressing them harder until his colleague said to "stop" in Chinese. 3. He used his Elbows the entire time he worked on my back. I am very petite so any male that uses their elbow on my back is going to HURT. 4. He used his fingers to run down the sides of my neck but coming closer and closer to the center near the Vocal Chords and Lymph Nodes. He seemed to enjoy giving very HURTFUL massages which might work for a Football Player but not for an average female. The only thing he wasn't rough was the Toes - an area where he seems to spend the most time pricking. It was the most horrendous, nightmarish Massage Visit I've ever had. I still tipped him generously only because I couldn't see anything in the dark as the place is always disgustingly dim to the point where you can't even find your shoes. Also, the owners raised the price while lowering the Employee Quality and Service Competency. Everything has changed since my last visit in Fall 2016. So, I caution you before you visit because from what I can see they're hiring only young, inexperienced workers maybe to keep their cost down while jacking up the price by $15 - 30 to unsuspecting repeat customers. I won't be repeating my mistake and wanted to post this so that the 'buyers be aware'. What the folks might have posted in '16 is no longer relevant or true. Just a horrible experience. I have new soreness, pain points, and even discomfort in my knee (due to the harsh pressing down of my internal sides of the ankles) that I made an appointment to see my doctor for a checkup. Great massage place that is open until 11 pm and very reasonably priced. They keep the massage rooms nice and comfortably warm for the customers (instead of for the staff like some other places I've been to) and are very friendly and accommodating. I love deep tissue massages and they haven't disappointed yet. The front area for foot massages leaves a little bit to be desired in terms of atmosphere and privacy (screens do an ok job here) from lighting and traffic in and out, but hopefully this will be fixed at some point with feedback on Yelp. I definitely wouldn't stop going there because of it, as it is harder to find consistently good massage places open late at these rates than it would be to find a nice looking place with inconsistent service and less than adequately trained people. read more

I was recommended H massage by a friend and ever since then I can't get enough of it. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. I have never experienced a long wait like I have at other massage places along Buford Highway. Often times I show up without an appointment and there's always someone available. Have received various massages in Atlanta but nothing beats the value and service that you get at H massage. I highly recommend them for any type of massages and most definitely couples massage. read more

By far the worst massage I've ever EVER had. I have been to almost every massage place on Buford hwy. I always specifically ask for a male to have a harder massage. The guy who massaged my feet cared zero that I asked him twice to massage it harder. I felt like I was being tickled. I had my eyes closed and peeked once in awhile in disbelief of how bad the massage was... And there my massage guy was just looking around without a care. It was like I was in an Asian twilight zone where I just wanted the tickling torture to stop. He did not thank me or ask me if I wanted more tea. He just said ok and left. My boyfriend's massage experience was better than mine. His massage lady said thank you, help put his chair back up, and offered more tea. When the manager asked how it was, I said it was not good. She did not ask me why or do anything. In my 30+ years of giving 15% - 50% tip, this is the second time I left no tip. I was extremely insulted by the whole experience and left as soon as I paid. My boyfriend was about 30 seconds behind and said the guy was pissed. In what reality should one tip like a programmed robot to someone who gave you shit for service and effort. Should be rename from "foot massage" to "foot tickle". Ugh. read more

My boyfriend took me here on New Year's Day, and we both had a 1 hour deep tissue massage and a 30 minute foot massage. The location on Buford Highway gave me a bit of reservation at first, but the facility is exceedingly clean and comfortable. The service was great, and the massages were fantastic. Relaxing atmosphere and competitive pricing. Upon arrival, the atmosphere is immediately warm and relaxing. You are greeted by friendly, respectful staff that treats you like family. I have had several different massage therapists, and all are good. The massages are deep, thorough, and therapeutic. My massage always includes a hot stone and hot towel rub. I love the foot massages I receive here. The combo massage (body and feet) was very relaxing as well. The only negative is that the chairs are in the same room as the main entrance & customers entering & exiting are distracting. At least if you bring a headset or earplugs, that could be tuned out easily. read more

I enjoyed a wonderful body massage today. Will have to watch my budget as this place could get addicting. Autumn couldn't be any nicer...motherly concern for me every time I am leaving making sure all was well and I was very satistied. I love to go on Sundays as this place is so busy other days I have visited. Autumn suggests trying different therapists which I have done. I usually go to Natural Body or Key Lime Pie so I was a bit nervous to go to a massage parlor in a strip mall off Buford Highway but I had a locked neck was desperate and they could take me so I went for it. And I am glad I did as it ended up being pretty great. It was clean and my massage therapist really got at the knots in my neck. She kept asking how the pressure was too which I really appreciated. When she climbed on my back and took off her socks I was like oooohhhkay, here we go but it was alright. And most of the massage was given using hands and arms. The folks that work there have pretty thick accents so communication was a bit iffy at times and the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling so you can hear any conversations going on in the other rooms but for the price it's a good deal. Plus it's easy to find and there is good parking. If you want aromatic oils and lit candles go somewhere else but if you want a decent nuts and bolts massage this place is great. I will go back and I will tell my friends to try it out as well. read more
