TLDR: HORRIBLE customer service. Take your hard-earned dollars elsewhere. We have been loyal customers of this place for years, since we are in this shopping strip all the time. We will NEVER be back based on our recent experience. A friend of ours, who was also regular customer here since we told her about it, bought my husband a gift certificate for $100. It was a thank you gift for him for helping her move. Unfortunately, shortly after getting the gift, my husband had to head out of town to care for his mother (who is battling cancer). After spending most of that month caring for her, he returned home for a weekend and I tried to book an appointment for him using his gift certificate. The woman working there said that the gift certificate was only valid for 30 days (and 35 days had passed). I explained the situation my husband had been in, and that he had been unable to use the certificate until now. (What kind of business only gives 30 days to redeem a $100 gift certificate?!?) Anyway, the woman there did not care at all about the circumstances, maintaining that the gift certificate had "expired!!" and they had "new management!" (After 35 days? Ummm ok). I asked for the owner to call me to discuss this situation, but I never received a call. The name for this business is ironic. Yes, "they won" my friend's hard earned $100 and gave NOTHING in exchange for it, a mere 35 days later. My friend works as a nanny, and I'm sad that she lost her money to a business with such poor business practices. It would have cost them nothing to honor this gift certificate 35 days later. Instead, they have lost thousands of dollars of future revenue from us and from everyone we have warned away from this place. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, they won't be "winning" for long. I am giving two stars only because the massages here are decent. However, the people who run it are obviously not. read more

I visited this place a couple of times about a year or so ago. Had an OK session, and a great session, but could not remember the name of the therapist who did the great job. And I never had an opportunity to return until a couple weeks ago. I called ahead of time to ask who was working there to see if I could remember who that great therapist was, or if she was still even working, but the lady who answered the phone would not tell me who was working and became suspicious and somewhat rude. I explained why I was asking and did not say anything inappropriate at all, but was treated unprofessionally. Did not enjoy the massage at all. It was VERY painful (and I had no pain in my feet to begin with)! She was just squeezing my feet and toes as hard as she could like she was made at them. I was clinching in pain the whole hour. I asked her to soften and she did some but it still hurt a lot. And why are the massages given in the front lobby area in the window. Bizarre. I have gotten massages in various cities and countries and this is one of the best massages I have ever had. It makes me wish I lived in Atlanta. I would be here as often as possible! Don't be fooled by the bright lights when you walk in and the sparse decor. I don't need a high end spa when I can come here! I got an hour full body massage and was in heaven when I walked out. The price is reasonable, the massage pressure is great and they cover you in steaming towels when they end the massage. Absolutely wonderful! read more

This place is a hidden gem I mean seriously. Every other place can keep the fancy frills and should take a lesson from Iwin and focus on what clients come for....the massage. Iwin did just that and exceeded my expectations. The value is unreal. I have paid much more at fancier places and gotten a whole lot less. Walked in wanting to start with the foot massage to see if it would be worth my time ( and money) going back for other services. The set up was a bit strange at first...everyone (including employees are sitting on one open room although it did appear to have more room in the back for full body massages. The setup could have easily made for an awkward and flat out un-relaxing experience but it was completely opposite. The staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond...not usually a thing when you spend $30 bucks. For the price of the foot rub, the therapist rubbed the shit out of my feet, like each individual toe, rubbed my calf muscles in places I didn't even know felt good, gave my thighs a little love, whipped out the hot stone and rubbed down my feet and my calves, made sure she got every morsel of lubricant off of my legs before applying lotion(I mean who wants to leave dry and ashy) and finished off the experience with a complimentary neck and shoulder massage (like a real one. Not one where they touch your neck and shoulders just to say they did so they can include it in their brochure). The icing on the cake... there was 0 timer. Not once did I feel rushed or flat out upset that I wasted time and money on another "massage" place.Truly an amazing experience with even better value. I'm sorry to say that I did not have the same great experience as some of the other reviewers. I'm giving two stars because the positives are the location and the fact that they put some lovely foot warmers on the foot that is not being massaged. That is a definite plus and I have never had another place do that. Also, the staff was pleasant and quiet. Unfortunately, everything else was just meh. As others have mentioned, the area is very bright- way too bright for a relaxing massage to be had. This is because the foot massage chairs are located right in front of the front room windows and door. No curtain or privacy screen, just basically right in front of the door. They have the nice relaxing music playing but you can still hear anyone who happens to be walking by. The therapist did a basic reflexology massage. No hot stones, no additional back/neck/arm massage that is customary with other places I have visited. She did soak in the water for 10 minutes and wiped with warm towels at the end. The actual massage was around 45 minutes. Also, the price is $35, so higher than the usual $30/hour foot massage. If they are charging more than everywhere else on town, you would think they would add some extras but that was not the case. read more

I went in for a foot massage and got that and so much more for only $30. An hour foot massage also includes head, neck, shoulders, arms and hand massage, after a totally relaxing foot massage. When I thought the masseuse was done with my feet, she went in the back and came out with a few hot stones to complete the massage. Nice surprise. Great value. read more
