This is maybe my third time coming to H massage. My mom has been coming regularly for years now. My mom got me a 60 min gift card for Easter so I thought I would use it today. I showed her before hand and she told me 60 min as it was written on the giftcard. I arrived at 11:16 by the time the massage started it was 11:25 (getting undressed and set up) the massage was fine. I was a bit uncomfortable because she kept leaving the door open but granted we were probably the only one in there. She picked up the phone and left 2x (this is a thing that happens a lot) I find this odd because she's booking another client while sitting on the bed I am on. My massage ended at 11:44 (this was less than 30 min when I had a 60 min gift card). I am not good with confrontation so I tipped $4 ( I know I shouldn't have tipped when she took the other money from the massage gift card). She then proceeded to get upset and said I owed her $12 for a 25% tip. I told her my giftcard was an hour and she was only in there for less than 30 min. She continued to get upset and said "yes i worked for 45 min" I showed her time stamps from my location service. She continued to ask for more and more tip and I kept refusing due to the nature. Finally she said "yes, just leave we ok". I'm extremely confused with this entire situation. And will not be going back. It's upsetting when we agreed an hour before hand and she cut me so short. The lady she's not that good. She's working very hard and they ask me for the money ahead and after she done, she asked me for $40 tip.

Massage was ok but not very friendly or professional kind of felt a little uncomfortable. When I went to pay she tried to negotiate the tip asking for an additional $30.00 and trying to sell me on why I need to pay that much for a tip because she was tired. I think the massage was $45.00. I only see Anna, the owner. Not sure why all the 1-star reviews. Anna is a professional. I can always get in same day and her prices have not gone up the entire time I have been going to see her. If you are looking for a the "something extra", you won't find it here. Strictly legit. I always get a great massage and will keep going back. Place is always clean and neat. I can't imagine Anna trying to upsell a tip. She's too nice of a lady. She would give the same massage whether you tip or not. Her English isn't perfect, but she understands well and sometimes texting is the best way to communicate. read more

Amazing lady and customer service. Dark room with soothing music. I dance and workout a frequently and I always have so many knots and tight muscles. She were great on relieving my tension in my neck and calves, very strong. Defiantly visit, they have great prices. I believe I had an hour session maybe 40$ maybe 80$ I can't recall it was a while ago, but still amazing, amazing price from any I've had previously. read more

Like the other reviewer a little shady seemed ok lady climbed on me was a little weird and didn't seem to be lived say that because wasn't like any other massages I have had. Then had me pay before massage which was ok then after I said I would give 5 dollar tip just being nice and she started acting as if she was so tired and did a guilt trip and then asked for cash only and was very awkward also she didn't speak much English. read more

This place is shady. I'm pretty sure my therapist did not hold a professional license. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Not a very good place if you've never had a massage before. The people there aren't very professional, I had a lady come and go out of the room three different times and then another lady came in and finally gave me a massage. The massage wasn't good at all, it was tough, the lady literally got on my back and massages me. It was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. The only part that was okay was the stone massage but they weren't hot at all. Lastly it was a $60 massage which isn't very expensive for an hour but when the lady asked me how much I wanted to tip is said $6-8 and she said she would like $12 because " they worked so hard".
