There is apparently a new owner and many improvements are going on now and will certainly be finished by mid August. The boys were able to practice batting, catching, fielding and pitching. The pricing is extremely fair and generous. They are currently finishing the floor of a basketball court adjacent to the baseball area. I am sure it will be very busy as people get ready for baseball season. So, take advantage now before the crowds show up. We plan to.

The rink is shared ice during these times, meaning multiple groups at different levels being instructed on adjacent but separate sections of the rink. What might be most impressive is they actually Zamboni the ice before and after every 40 min session, which makes the ice perfect for a group of new skaters that likely need semi-decent ice at best, but hey, no complaint!

The building is new and well maintained. The sightlines are very good. However, as far as treating their guests with respect Nashua Sports Academy is a total failure. This weekend they hosted teams from all over New England many who traveled two to four hours. I totally understand not allowing people into set up chairs until the official start time but not allowing people in to use the rest rooms after waking up before first light and driving several hours is almost criminal. To top it off the staff was very rude while going about it. They made people stand outside as it began to rain. They do not allow people to bring in outside food which is not unheard of at higher end venues but on a prior visit by my daughter's team I was told they had staff going round and making people take things outside including water for the players. This time this did not happen. You expect if they are not going to allow outside food they will have a selection of food available, they had hot dogs, cold popcorn, and a small selection of pre-packaged foods. Another, thing I found interesting was other than the volleyball there was nothing else going on. We went Sportszone Indoor Sports in Derry. NH this winter. This another venue which was also a multi-sport facility and there were many other things going on through the day flag football, soccer, basketball, and a children's hitting clinic. There was none of this going on at NSA.

The rules of the park are right in front and everyone should pay attention. The public has had fundraisers to get the park revitalized so this is an important place for the Town and the people who use it. The club is pulling a lot of All-State/All-Star talent from NH and MA and placing well at national tournaments. Their top teams don't play NERVA - they only travel nationally.
