My husband and I had the honor to stay @ H10 hotel In London Waterloo , for a few nights , 1 week ago , and was a delight! We first visited to hotel for dinner in 2016 and have been returning as hotel guests ever since. The cleanliness, the hospitality, the food & beverage quality, the location, the generosity... head and shoulder above any other lodging we have had. We travel frequently for work in the states... and nothing compares to vibe at the h10. We were fortunate to meet the hotel manager Jorge and his staff during our visit, & everyone is doing a superb job. Thank you H10 for a wonderful experience. We will be back! Much love from California.

Skyline from rooftop bar. Red Circle is the London Eye.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while in the Waterloo section of London. This was an extremely nice hotel, but just a hair of a longer walk than I would have liked to the tourist attractions, but why not. You're a tourist in London. Walking is the best way to experience the city. The rooms were modern and nice and they had already put out a REALLY comfortable portable twin bed for my daughter next to the Queen. My daughter said it was the most comfortable bed of the two week 5 hotel Europe trip. The free breakfast buffet was really good. There is a lounge on the ground floor with a bar and a very nice roof top sky bar with great views of London.

We booked this hotel for our pre-cruise hotel cruising from Southampton, England. We took an uber from the airport to this hotel. We found the hotel clean and on par with our typical Hampton Inn and Marriott experiences here in the US if not a little elevated. They had fluffy robes and slippers in our room as well as complementary cookies and waters. They also provided us with a free coupon each for the rooftop bar. The hotel had a bar in the lobby, a restaurant on the second floor and a bar/restaurant on the rooftop. The menus were all similar but tasty. The hotel free wifi worked well. We did have some issues with our air conditioner and they came to try to fix it twice but unfortunately the fixes only lasted a few hours so it was a little warm in our room. Service really was great and tried to help. We felt safe in the area of the hotel. We walked about 25 minutes to Borough Market and to Big Ben. We also walked to the Sidings for dinner one night. The biggest reason we picked this hotel was because we were able to walk to the Waterloo train station from here to easily get to Southampton for our cruise.

Rocio from the front desk welcomed us after a 12 hour flight, with an excellent professional service upon our arrival. We were treated with up most service. Rocio is also bilingual and it made our experience more like being home. The staff at upstairs bar were accommodating and with friendly smiles. Excellent London Eye View from the bar.

I arrived early, at least five hours ahead of my friends as they were coming from the West Coast and I the East. I got to the hotel around 830-9 am on Friday morning and they couldnt find my reservation, I figured it would be to early to check in but after some time, the guy that seemed a little more seasoned found my reservation. They told me the room wouldn't be ready until 2 but I could leave my bag. I asked the front desk lady for directions as I had a walking tour at 11am, she offered me a map and marked where I was trying to get. Upon my return, they checked me in, room 206, a double room but single really. It was extremely hot in the room, I called the maid in, she didn't speak English but toggled with the thermostat, same as me and said she didn't know but would send a man. She came back five min later and told me to call the front desk. Long story short, we had to move because maintenance had gone home for the day. They tell us they'll bring the keys up and send someone to get our luggage. Twenty min later, no one had shown up so we called again. They moved us to room 617. We're two women ( friends, not in a relationship) sharing a room. This is essentially two single beds pushed together. The bedding is for a full size bed, they're folding the bedspread to fit the mattress. There were no face towels in the bathroom so we had to call the front desk yet again, they brought us four face towels, all four were dirty in the way of hair. The bedding was dirty in the way of hair but no biggy, we just pulled the hairs off the bed and spayed down with Lysol. There is also a noticeable, unknown stain on the curtains. Kwame, the security guy was very helpful to me, the front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were helpful and others seemed like they were over being here. Saturday we had a tour to get to rather early so we stopped by the free breakfast on our way out and one of the waitresses provided us to go boxes, we were appreciative. There are many breakfast options in a buffet style but it's not that good. The hot chocolate was not chocolatey at all. The muffins are good, as well as the cookies but the bacon is ham like, the eggs are runny.

The H10 Hotel was amazing! I will say now that I'm INCREDIBLY biased, as my husband proposed to me on their rooftop lounge. But all the same! Its great! The first time we came to London (we are from Los Angeles), we stayed here. And we Loved it so much we came back and stayed a second time. That was the time he proposed :) I am a little picky with hotels I will admit that now. This place has a really great balance of great rooms for a good price and a wonderful Location! Rooms: Very clean and really cute. Being from the states I will tell you now if it's your first time in Europe, everything is smaller. The food portions, the personal space of the people and the hotel rooms. However, this place really didn't feel it. It was a PERFECT size for my husband! Also incredibly clean with very pretty views :) Price: Again great price! I looked into other hotels closer to the tourist spots and they were RIDICULOUS! Seriously save yourself the money! Location: As I said this place is outside the classic tourist areas Like Piccadilly Square, BUT it's walking distance(3 min walk) from Waterloo Station which is a major travel hub. Hop on the tube and you're 5 mins from anything you want to see and Any place you want to be. Rooftop lounge: Amazing!!! Forever a place in my heart

Corner room number 902. Highly recommend.

Absolutely my favorite hotel in London. The staff is tremendous and totally on the ball. I accidentally spilled wine on the bed and the staff quickly replaced them and even brought me new wine glasses to replace the broken one. I can't stress enough how great this hotel is. Ten stars!!!!

The fixtures and furniture were modern and stylish but still comfortable. The bedding and linens were clean and fresh. Housekeeping will come in and straighten your room each day, but they don't change the sheets every day. They will replace used towels with fresh ones which was nice. Right in the middle of London, it is easy walking distance to many, many things - museums, pubs, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Westminster cathedral, and many more. For my first visit to London, it was great to be so close to Waterloo Station. I booked the Premier Inn again for a trip with a friend in my most recent visit to London. And nostalgia for my initial London visit could not save this experience we had at The Premier Inn Waterloo. Aside from the great transportation option of being so close to Waterloo Station, it's also right in eyesight and walking distance to the London eye (5 mins), Westminster Bridge/Big Ben (10 mins), and County Hall (right across the street). The Premier Inn hotel is built right into a historical landmark, The "General Lying In" (maternity) Hospital. First off, the lobby is not in the best shape, with many broken check-in machines and furniture that has seen much better days. As a plus, though, there is a Starbucks in the County Hall plaza right across the street, which we visited often, on our most recent visit. The room was ok, but it seems way more cramped than on my first stay all those years ago. Our room did have a nice view out to County Hall with a semi-view of the Eye behind it, so that was nice - and the large window did let a lot of natural light in. The bathroom was ok sized but right next to one of the beds (if you do the two bedroom configuration), so you better be very close friends or spouses to stay in that type of room, because you'll be going to the bathroom right next to them with a thin little door between you. We also saw a tiny bug in the bathroom too, so that was not the best. Another issue we had was that we stayed for an entire week and were told by the front desk that they do not change any sheets or clean your room if you weren't staying there 10 days or more. My friend even had a womanly spotting issue with her sheets and they still would not change or clean them! I've never heard of anything like that and it made the entire visit very uncomfortable. The old phrase "location, location, location" does not save this one, because the location IS great but I don't think that alone was worth all the issues we ran into here.

I am a collector of Conrad and Waldorf plush toys and knew that Monty the bulldog was a dream plush to collect! I reached out to guest services prior to my visit and they held one aside for me. Unfortunately, they only had one, so my guest was unable to go home with his very own. * CHECK IN * I arrived to the property around 1 PM and knew that early check-in might not be possible. Still, I figured I would at least try to see if it was ready and if there were any complimentary upgrades. They unfortunately did not have any prior to my arrival nor by the time I checked in, but they were able to let me into the executive lounge while I waited for my room. The bell desk also took my baggage during this time. * KING DELUXE ROOM * The room itself is quite nice, though a bit subtle in color. It features a king size bed with a view of the underground (I was in room 518), separate bath and shower, and branded robes but plain slippers. I believe there were 2 glasses of complimentary waters as well. I believe they also provided me with a touch of chocolates as I let them know it was my birthday and by the time I checked in to the room, they had also brought my luggage in. * EXECUTIVE LOUNGE * Truly one of the better lounges I've been to, but no surprise for a Conrad hotel. The breakfast spread had scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, and an assortment of fruits, granola, and pastries (like pain au chocolat, mini croissants) for you to choose from. They also have a small selection of cold and hot drinks that are in glass bottles like still and sparkling water, sodas, and beer/wine for the afternoon service. The coffee and tea machine has a decent selection as well and you can brew a teapot on your own. The afternoon service includes light refreshments. I enjoyed the smoked salmon and cocktails, and overall it was a decent light snack. One of the best features of the executive lounge is that they have 2 separate toilets with a walk-in shower. It really helped to be able to shower right after landing, because my room wasn't ready yet and I was able to explore the town quickly. * OVERALL * Overall, I had a short but rather enjoyable stay. I felt that for the experience I had, it definitely warranted 4 stars but could have been improved by the customer service. Though I felt that they made efforts to accommodate me as early as possible, the housekeeping was rushed and the bath amenities had no product in them, and it was a bit disappointing that Monty was just left on the nightstand covered in plastic with a box of chocolates that I had no idea was for anything celebratory as there was no handwritten note. I understand that this is a bit nitpicky, but felt that the overall tone of customer service could have been improved. However, despite all things, I still had a lovely time and hope to return in the future and am still appreciative of their collective efforts. (22/50--2025)

They could even consider offering guests a discount to eat at their restaurant if they are staying overnight with them (considering that they are trying to get more people to eat at their establishment). Just an idea. Must also be a European thing- but they don't provide washcloths. And finally, we ordered a couple pizzas from the bar downstairs & the two women assisting us were impolite. The pepperoni pizza had five sparse discs, all carelessly placed in one area of the pie (see pic), & not that I was surprised, taste & quality left much to be desired.
