Overall I would recommend this hotel, this was our experience: We enjoyed the location so much. This area south of the Thames has so much to offer... about 3 tube stations within easy walking distance as well as Waterloo train station and many buses. Great markets nearby (Borough Market, Mercato Metropolitano) and some authentic pubs and restaurants. We found this to be a perfect distance away from the throng of people visiting the main tourist attractions. We took the tube to and from Heathrow, which was easy (if you know what you're doing) and saves $$. (We preferred to walk everywhere and got about 20K steps per day :) London is a great city for walkability.) Our room was for two twin beds, which were pushed together on arrival. We did a little re-arranging to make it more comfortable, but then only one side had a socket for charging purposes. Not very many outlets and none in the bathroom for a hair dryer (only shavers). The bathtub is very raised and you have to take a huge step to get into it... not for anyone with mobility issues. And the door to the bathroom is clear glass offering limited privacy. I'm not a fan of this new trend. Some construction was going on while we were there, but this was off-season and work has to get done some time, right. We did receive some coupons to make up for the trouble, but we didn't end up using them and were not overly inconvenienced in any case. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, so cannot comment. You can open the window, but there is an ambulance station nearby which contributes to some extra noise at night. The front desk is well staffed and we were treated very well every time we came in and out. PLEASE READ THIS PART: Do not stand outside this or any other hotel on your phone. My phone was snatched from my hand by a thief on an e-bike as I stood outside the hotel door scrolling around. This could seriously ruin your trip if you don't have another device to rely on and if I had been wearing a wristlet or my phone around my neck, I could have been seriously injured. This incident is not the fault of the hotel and they encouraged me to file a police report, which I did. Good news is I would stay here again. read more

We stopped in here for their brunch buffet. Complete with a full coffee bar, pastries/desserts, traditional hot items like omlettes, sausage, bacon, eggs and much more. There was plenty of food at each of the stations and staff is quick to take your dirty plates. This is a great breakfast option while visiting London. read more

Such a beautiful luxury-style hotel. Our service was phenomenal! Our room was a bit smaller than we expected but the views made up for it! The buffet breakfast was very nice and plenty of choices and even the service there was amazing. The bar area was beautiful and we got a complimentary drink for staying the drinks were so delicious! 10/10 this will be our go to stay when we're in London also, very close to a lot of the main attractions. We first visited to hotel for dinner in 2016 and have been returning as hotel guests ever since. The cleanliness, the hospitality, the food & beverage quality, the location, the generosity... head and shoulder above any other lodging we have had. We travel frequently for work in the states... and nothing compares to vibe at the h10. We love this hotel. We stayed here for two nights in September 2025 before we headed to Southampton for a Norway cruise. The hotel is in a great location, with lots to do close by. The rooms are nice and the staff is great. We ordered breakfast when we booked our room and it was very good. Be sure to try the Duke of Sussex pub that is just an easy five-minute walk from the H-10. When you book a hotel on line you just never know what you are in for, but the H-10 is a winner and will stay here again for sure. read more

I'll get what little good there was during our stay here out of the way at the top: - great breakfast buffet - very neat room (at least the ones I was in) with just about everything you might need - pretty quiet - great views from the terrace bar And that is about it. I was shocked when looking up the hotel on Yelp and Google and TripAdvisor as things were going wrong to find out that it is A FOUR-STAR hotel. Not RATED four stars (although it was that too)...considered a four-star establishment. I am gobsmacked and in disbelief. We were off to a bad start at check in. I was in town with a group of more than 50 people who had rooms booked for us here. Upon check in, we were told they didn't have enough double rooms for all the pairs that requested them, so they had started just randomly putting people together to be assigned rooms with a single, shared bed. Some of us on the trip were traveling with partners, but many of us (members of a social group in our hometown, so we know each other but maybe not particularly well...) had just opted to room with another unrelated member in order to save money and not have to pay for a single occupancy room. So we get to the hotel around 4pm on a Sunday and more than half of us (again, MORE THAN 25 PEOPLE affected by this!) have been switched to rooms with not the person we were supposed to be roommates with, people with single occupancy had been paired up, and it was a genuine shitshow. The staff was not helpful, they were not apologetic, and they seemed to be upset at US for their mistake. My roommate and I were placed in a room with one bed. We were tired, and I have known her for 10 years, so it was generally deal-with-able. But I want to receive what I paid for and what was confirmed from the business. They eventually brought up separate bedding to the room so we could operate as if we were in a double occupancy room. But then the next day....housekeeping took it away and didn't replace it. The staff could not be bothered to be even remotely apologetic. Customer service was null. One floor where our group had 5 rooms (thankfully, not mine or that would have been the last straw) had non-functioning climate control. For several days, they were told it is being worked on, if it isn't fixed 'soon' we'll try to move you to another room. Heavy eye roll there. After two nights, my roommate and I were moved to a room with two beds. This happened while we were out for the day and I hadn't prepared my things. Thankfully nothing was missing...but come on. A little heads up so I can put my electronics and underwear away and make it easier on you! Every interaction with hotel staff seemed to come with a sneer. The hours for the lobby bar were unclear and in the same 5 minute period, someone in our group would be turned away because the bar was closed....and a duo of ladies were offered fantastic counter service. The rooms have small fridges, but are utterly stuffed full with the "mini bar" so anything you bring in that might like cooling....ain't gonna fit. Not to mention the inside of the fridge felt warmer than room temperature outside of it. On our first evening there, a member of our group walked in to her room, took off her shoes and immediately got a glass splinter in her heel, so bad she had to go to the hospital. In our first room, the toiletries IN the shower were hand soap and lotion, and the toiletries next to the sink (unreachable from the shower) were the shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Not helpful. I certainly expect that a large group might get a bit of not ideal customer service as it can be a lot to manage or juggle, but we were made to feel so unwelcome and so much of an annoyance, beginning with our simple entry in to the hotel...I am still mad about it. I would definitely not recommend staying here, only stay here if you have literally no other option, and definitely not if you are part of a group. The bad experience and poor service and attitudes we encountered every day really put a damper on my London experience. read more

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while in the Waterloo section of London. This was an extremely nice hotel, but just a hair of a longer walk than I would have liked to the tourist attractions, but why not. You're a tourist in London. Walking is the best way to experience the city. The rooms were modern and nice and they had already put out a REALLY comfortable portable twin bed for my daughter next to the Queen. My daughter said it was the most comfortable bed of the two week 5 hotel Europe trip. The free breakfast buffet was really good. There is a lounge on the ground floor with a bar and a very nice roof top sky bar with great views of London. read more

We booked this hotel for our pre-cruise hotel cruising from Southampton, England. We took an uber from the airport to this hotel. We found the hotel clean and on par with our typical Hampton Inn and Marriott experiences here in the US if not a little elevated. They had fluffy robes and slippers in our room as well as complementary cookies and waters. They also provided us with a free coupon each for the rooftop bar. The hotel had a bar in the lobby, a restaurant on the second floor and a bar/restaurant on the rooftop. The menus were all similar but tasty. The hotel free wifi worked well. We did have some issues with our air conditioner and they came to try to fix it twice but unfortunately the fixes only lasted a few hours so it was a little warm in our room. Service really was great and tried to help. We felt safe in the area of the hotel. We walked about 25 minutes to Borough Market and to Big Ben. We also walked to the Sidings for dinner one night. The biggest reason we picked this hotel was because we were able to walk to the Waterloo train station from here to easily get to Southampton for our cruise. read more

I have mixed feelings about this property, but overall I would not recommend. Positives: wonderful breakfast, in a beautiful space. Sky bar is also beautiful, with amazing views. Location is good. Staff other than front desk is polite, professional, and helpful. Negatives, which as a travel professional are unacceptable to me: front desk staff is overwhelmingly negative. The answer to everything is "no". They are powerless to make any changes or fix any situation. We had serious problems with our group checkin. Our contract was signed four months ago with this hotel. They could not provide what THEY agreed to via contract, and when we tried to insist they provide the correct number and type of rooms, they said they were powerless to do anything until the primary staff returned Monday morning. (This was Sunday.). What hotel does not provide adequate staff on weekends?? The air conditioning on some floors has been anywhere from inconsistent to completely inoperative. Please note that I am NOT a spoiled American who insists my room be like an icebox. I am a well-traveled American who recognizes that my expectations need to reflect the reality of where I am traveling. The first few days, they were able to reset the system to hobble through and make it tolerable. But yesterday, the system on my floor completely shut down. That was not just my observation, it is what three different people at the front desk told me. Including two that said they would be unable to fix it on that floor, and I would be able to get a new room tomorrow (now today). I was not able to sleep much last night, as the temperature in the room reached 27°. When I packed up and brought my things down this morning to get a new room, I was told they would not do that, because they would work on the A/C today. If it is not fixed, they might be able to move me late today. The most disturbing part of my encounter with the front desk this morning was that I was essentially called a liar. "No one would have told you that." Not one, but THREE people told me that. I will report back if this situation is resolved positively. But right now I am livid. In my work, our answer to our clients is never, "No". It is, "Allow me to look into that. I am sorry you are experiencing that, let me try to fix it." Not here. No offer of sympathy or apology. I don't want compensation. I want a comfortable room and a sense that I am a valued guest. EDIT: That particular situation (lack of A/C) was resolved satisfactorily later that day, when they gave me a new room on a different floor, which was comfortable for the rest of my stay (two more nights). BUT there were other issues with our group that were not handled professionally or adequately, so I will not retract my poor review. The front desk agents continued to push back on every request, and more importantly, placed demands on our group members that were unreasonable. Customers may not always be right, but they do always deserve professional, polite, helpful service. This location does not provide that. read more

As others mention, a bit of a walk to the tube station, but not a big detractor. Rooms are nice, staff are friendly, and the rooftop bar is awesome. Something I didn't see mentioned in other reviews: they have an AMAZING restaurant! Pricey, but the food and service was incredible and definitely worth a visit. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection for just being a "continental" - excellent! The surrounding area had a few decent pubs, and a good Indian restaurant as well. If you're looking to eat around the hotel, it's not a problem - you don't have to go far. read more

Rocio from the front desk welcomed us after a 12 hour flight, with an excellent professional service upon our arrival. We were treated with up most service. I arrived early, at least five hours ahead of my friends as they were coming from the West Coast and I the East. I got to the hotel around 830-9 am on Friday morning and they couldnt find my reservation, I figured it would be to early to check in but after some time, the guy that seemed a little more seasoned found my reservation. They told me the room wouldn't be ready until 2 but I could leave my bag. I asked the front desk lady for directions as I had a walking tour at 11am, she offered me a map and marked where I was trying to get. Upon my return, they checked me in, room 206, a double room but single really. It was extremely hot in the room, I called the maid in, she didn't speak English but toggled with the thermostat, same as me and said she didn't know but would send a man. She came back five min later and told me to call the front desk. Long story short, we had to move because maintenance had gone home for the day. They tell us they'll bring the keys up and send someone to get our luggage. Twenty min later, no one had shown up so we called again. They moved us to room 617. We're two women ( friends, not in a relationship) sharing a room. This is essentially two single beds pushed together. The bedding is for a full size bed, they're folding the bedspread to fit the mattress. There were no face towels in the bathroom so we had to call the front desk yet again, they brought us four face towels, all four were dirty in the way of hair. The bedding was dirty in the way of hair but no biggy, we just pulled the hairs off the bed and spayed down with Lysol. There is also a noticeable, unknown stain on the curtains. Kwame, the security guy was very helpful to me, the front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were helpful and others seemed like they were over being here. Saturday we had a tour to get to rather early so we stopped by the free breakfast on our way out and one of the waitresses provided us to go boxes, we were appreciative. There are many breakfast options in a buffet style but it's not that good. The hot chocolate was not chocolatey at all. The muffins are good, as well as the cookies but the bacon is ham like, the eggs are runny. read more

This modern hotel has pros and cons. The staff were polite and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is quite good, though I agree with the reviewer that said they really need to cook the sausage more. The room was clean. The SkyBar was understaffed for the number of people there and quite slow as a result. My biggest issue with this hotel is the lack of storage in the rooms. There was a quite-narrow closet cabinet and that's about it. No dresser. We were 2 people there for 5 nights (plus were visiting two more cities on our trip), so of course we have a fair amount of luggage. We could not hang all our clothes in the narrow closet and of course could not hang underwear and pajamas. I had t-shirts and sweaters under the bedside table, and we were dressing out of our suitcases for at least some items (at least underwear and pajamas) every day. In addition, we did not have enough room in the bathroom for 2 people's toothbrushes/toothpaste/hair brushes... forget makeup. So working out of a carry-on as well. Addition: We had booked 5 nights for abut 900 pounds -- good rate for London. When I tried to add one more night to our reservation, I was told that the one more night would be 400 pounds. H10 is a very lovely hotel, and if you're one of those tourists that jumps right in and starts taking public transportation in a new city right away, then this is a great option. However, I am most certainly not that type at all, so the location left a little to be desired for me. The area where the hotel is situated is a little rough and there's nothing of note that is walkable. However the great accommodations more than made up for this. Since we spent a lot of time in cabs, the concierge was of great help to us while staying here. They ordered taxis for us numerous times and helped us fill our days with great suggestions on what to see and do. There are lots of cool features to this hotel, not the least of which is a great rooftop bar. The restaurant was fabulous too, as was the little bar in the lobby. I never woke up early enough for breakfast but I heard good things! If you feel comfortable staying off the beaten path then by all means this is a great spot for a London trip! read more

The first time we came to London (we are from Los Angeles), we stayed here. And we Loved it so much we came back and stayed a second time. That was the time he proposed :) I am a little picky with hotels I will admit that now. This place has a really great balance of great rooms for a good price and a wonderful Location! Rooms: Very clean and really cute. Being from the states I will tell you now if it's your first time in Europe, everything is smaller. The food portions, the personal space of the people and the hotel rooms. However, this place really didn't feel it. It was a PERFECT size for my husband! Also incredibly clean with very pretty views :) Price: Again great price! I looked into other hotels closer to the tourist spots and they were RIDICULOUS! Seriously save yourself the money! Location: As I said this place is outside the classic tourist areas Like Piccadilly Square, BUT it's walking distance(3 min walk) from Waterloo Station which is a major travel hub. To begin, staff were wonderful, courteous beyond kind and helpful. Accommodations were clean. Breakfast was a true pleasure, minus everything hot was cold, each of the three mornings we spent. Staff was attentive to this matter upon comment but nothing changed. The restaurant in the evening was closed both night due to an electrical fire a few weeks before, hence the cold breakfast. The room itself was small but adequate for brief stay. However upon arrival we had no heat, no TV and just a few lights, resolved by staff but a nuisance to say the least. The decor of the room was too modern in my opinion especially if you do not want to see the shape and image of your travel partner through the bathroom door. Very cheaply constructed throughout, heavy doors, somewhat dim, not pleasant or inviting. And the worst of all the beds are on wheels that rolled. Made for a troublesome time as the bed did roll upon sitting. The location is not within walking distance of Central London unless you are a former marathon runner/walker. Felt safe. Again staff were great but must say will not be traveling to any H10 hotel worldwide again. Call me a black taxi and send me to an authentic London hotel. read more

Excellent hotel, near The London Eye, Big Ben and Houses of Parliament... near, but a bit of a walk:-). But so what?! It's London! And there's so much to see... The room was small but very well appointed with a comfortable bed, modern fixtures, beautiful floor to ceiling windows that boast a charming London street view with double-Decker buses frequenting the circle, and also for some strange reason, a bathroom scale in the privy, which I avoided. I was on vacation!! And fish and chips with malt vinegar and Guinness isn't exactly diet fare. Speaking of food, upon our arrival, we were so pleasantly surprised to see a lovely spread of sweet treats since our travel agent had asked how long we've been married and apparently, it's a big deal to be married 28 years. Lol We we're starving after our long flight and airport/ taxi adventures. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic... anything you can imagine, except bagels to go with your lox (sad Jew, here), but still very nice in a lovely, bright and airy dining room with more large windows. Laundry service is spot on... everything comes back neat and tidy on hangers and individually wrapped in plastic (lots of plastic) or neatly folded and boxed. A bit pricey but not having to do your own laundry on vacation - priceless. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Front desk personnel greet you with a cool drink as you check in and are quite helpful when asked to call a cab or the best way to get somewhere. The rooftop bar was stunning at night. We got cozy under adorably provided blankets from the basket, while we had a night cap and enjoyed the panoramic views of the London skyline. We definitely recommend and will be back!! read more

This review is many years overdue but I was recently chatting with a friend about my last trip to London and kept commenting on how great my hotel stay was so I thought it was about time I get to Yelp to give the H10 the credit they deserve! I got a great deal on this hotel through Kayak and everything about my stay was top notch. I arrived very early in the morning from a red eye and they held my bags until my room was ready so I could explore the area. When my room was ready later that day (much ahead of schedule) I was given a lovely glass of champagne. The room was very fun and modern and we had a great view of the Eye out our window. I had emailed the hotel prior to my stay asking for a room with a view on a higher floor if possible and they accommodated my requests which was great. They are very responsive via email for any requests which I very much appreicated. The H10 is super convenient to Waterloo Station (under a 10 minute walk) which made getting around the city so much easier. It's also within easy walking distance of some major sites, I was able to walk to the Eye in 15 minutes and Big Ben in under a half hour. There are plenty of places to grab food nearby and there is a Sainsbury's right across from the tube stop if you want to grab grocery items. Overall, I have recommended this hotel to quite a few people over the years and will continue to do so. For the value, location, and quality of stay the H10 is a great place to go when visiting London. I am hoping to return in the next few years and will absolutely be booking the H10 when I do! read more

I am so so SO happy I chose this hotel for my stay in London! Everything was extremely clean and tidy, it smelled wonderful all the way from the lobby to our room. H10 is close enough to all the attractions in London so you can just walk everywhere or take the train. There are two stations near the hotel which came in handy. The staff is AMAZING! Especially this one guy- his name is Paul.he went above and beyond for us. Gave us all the spots we needed to see in our short stay here, pinned pointed everything on a map. We had to depart early morning around 5 am and he packed up a picnic basket for us! I feel extremely blessed and thankful to have stumbled upon this wonderful hotel with an even better staff. I stayed in a total of three four-star rated hotels during my vacation in Europe and this was hands down the best! Clean rooms, a wide selection of channels on TV, and located within walking distance from the tube/metro station with a variety of eateries (fish&chips, Indian, and a Nando's, to name a few) nearby if you don't want to venture too far out. The buffet breakfast will have you feeling like a royal! The spread is unparalleled to anything I have seen...from chicken wings to churros, yogurts, charcuterie, cheeses, smoothies, breads, bruschetta and more. Plates were cleared as soon as I'd return to the table with my seconds, and the front desk staff was patient when it came to giving us tourists directions. They also have a bar with an outdoor terrace that offers great views of the city, and when we were there they were having a promo for a free drink! Bravo H10, I wouldn't hesitate to book here if I'm able to visit London again. read more

Came here on a tour. Nice, modern hotel with nice attentive workers. Marshmallow, champagne or mimosa greeting. Has full amenities. The rooftop bar is cute! The lobby is nicely designed and comfortable. You can walk 5-10 minutes to night life or restaurants. There are other mom n pops around as well. The room is new and comfy. I liked the sauna! Breakfast buffet is awesome. Lots of hot and cold variety and complimentary every morning. It's in a nicely designed restaurant with cool views. There's an espresso maker that's awesome too. A belated review for my visit around this time last year. Very modern and minimalist hotel. Clean, simple, plus free wifi. Affordable prices, but a sure compromise on location and convenience. Not too much going on in the immediate surrounding. Also a 10-15 minute walk from Waterloo station (and probably another good 10 min to the Eye). I would thus argue this hotel is best during the spring/summer times when walking around is more encouraged. I am personally more of a explorer (walked from here all the way over to the City), so didn't mind the distance. Would recommend if you are similar. If not, consider options closer to borders but expect higher rates. read more

An ok boutique hotel, badly let down by basic customer service. During my one night stay I had booked a double with a city view. On arrival I was given a seventh floor room with no view and two single beds. I was, to be fair, promptly moved to the correct double room, but now down on the fourth floor. To be clear to anyone wanting a city view, you'll need eighth floor or higher. As I was only there for one night the view issue (completely ignored by the checkin staff - just read the reservation!) wasn't a huge deal. Had I been there longer, I would have expected to get the room I had booked! I also had dirty towels, and the too-cool-for-their-own-good sliding glass bathroom doors don't close properly. So be sure that anyone you're sharing the room with is happy to catch a glimpse of you on the thrown! It ain't all bad though. The view from the eighth floor (wink wink) 'Sky Bar' is spectacular. read more

A new, clean hotel staffed mostly by trainees at the Front Desk. Got a sense of some disorganization behind the scenes. Never got the room with a view because (we were told), they focused more on our other request for a connecting door for the two rooms that we booked. Avoid their breakfast sausage : it is not the traditional English sausage: has a strange taste & was seriously undercooked. Restaurant was reasonable, but only order their paella if you like it loaded with Lima beans & bone-in small dry chicken pieces. Dinner inclusive package is worthless as the menu the offer is limited. It's an average hotel--clean and friendly service: but clearly with enough disorganization behind the scenes for me to look for another hotel for my next London visit! read more

Great location to see many sights. We walked almost everywhere & being close to the Waterloo Underground station made it easy to get back from where ever we roamed. The breakfast was amazing & offered everyrhing you could imagine from traditional English breakfast, fresh fruit & even desserts. We did not get to enjoy the patio bar as hoped since it was either closed at 9 or raining. The room was great, it was cool enough, we opened the door for fresh breeze so no air conditioning needed. The only negative is it is by a fire/police station, so lots of sirens all night. read more

Spent 6 nights (via package tour deal) during our vacation in London. Good location, close to bus lines and transport if you need to go any direction. Good spot if you want to super close to South Bank. Request for high floors for great views. Rooms are good size, moderately clean (found hair in bed) and comfortable with usual provided amenities such as hair dryer, bath productions, towels et al. Standard coffee/tea kettle in room. Crumbly packaged cookie provided which we avoided. Refrigerator available though smelled like graduate dorm room; needs refreshing. Minus: - It was high summer and the air control was challenging, it took some time for the air to cool down but once reached, temperatures are comfortable. - Hi speed internet was great but please note that if you bring a Mac laptop, there seem to be trouble in signing the WEP password. There is no other way to resolve the issue during our stay. Felt helpless and unconnected to internet. Recommend to bring alternative computers if planning for business trips. This was one major knock off star. - 3 out of 4 computers in the lobby was down and needed software updates. Basic functions if you need quick information. - Customer service is erratic. It depends on how and who you connect face to face for requests. Plus: - Super great breakfast with all sorts of food available. One of the best we had. Do note that it does get crowded 9am onwards. Do NOT leave the table unattended if you are going for seconds (or thirds), as service start to take your table away for other customers. You might feel like an idiot when you realized the table is now occupied by someone else. This knocked off 2nd star. - Modern decor. Greeted with champagne, juice, candies and marshmallows (weird texture) by the front lobby. - Close locations to few restaurants (Masters Super fish and chip) and laundry place (not advertised, on waterloo road, check for opening times) Recap: - There are some major improvements that need to be applied if h10 wants to continue biz in the high star hotel arena. We would stay @ this hotel if the price is slightly cheaper. read more

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff is amazing. The restaurant and the bar are very good. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back. read more

Cleaning staff stole $120 from inside a zipped book bag located in my room. When I brought this to the attention of H10 they opened an "investigation" that lasted 5 minutes and reported there was not enough evidence to prove one of their staff stole the money and said "tough luck." Choose another hotel. read more

This is a very nice hotel. I travel a lot for work and this is definitely one of the nicest business hotels I've stayed at. Great breakfast, lots of amenities in the room. It's a walk to all four nearby tube stations and the neighborhood is not rocking but within 3 tube stops you are in the thick of things. Very clean. Comfy beds. read more

Stayed for two nights before traveling southwest. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We were up high! The wall is entirely glass so at night you can open the curtains and take in a beautiful view! Our stay included breakfast. It was so delicious - everything you could ask for was waiting in a large, elegant dining room. Never had hot chocolate like I did in London! Best memories made there. Don't be discouraged by it being a ways down from the London Eye, Big Ben, etc. Everyone walks and it's only a 10 minute walk! Safe and quiet. QUIET being the most important, as the hustle and bustle of London is mad! You'll feel very relaxed getting back to this hotel! read more

Absolutely loved this hotel!!!! It's central location to the tube, London eye, WestMinister Abbey, Big Ben, Parliament Building and many more tourist attractions was awesome. It's clean, cute, and very classy look and feel made the stay that much more comfortable being so far from home. We are already planning our next vacation to London with this hotel being our place to stay!!! Best of all the people at the front desk are awesome, always welcoming and always have a smile in there face. This was my first stay at H10 Waterloo, stayed 3 nights. It was wonderful, nothing to complain about. I will definitely be back. The staff are friendly, helpful, and around to help if needed. read more

This place is phenomenal. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking or catching the Tube. I would definitely stay here again. read more
