They were very diligent and detailed in their work. We had them re build our master bathroom and fix the ceiling of our laundry room, under the master bathroom. We had a disaster water leak that created a huge mess. Our bathroom was fully gutted and laundry room ceiling was partially torn down before they rebuilt the bathroom. We had Carlos and Edgar work at our house for nearly 3 weeks. They were very skilled at many tasks: framing out partial walls, drywall installation, extensive tiling, reinstalling European toilet, cabinets, sinks , patching, sanding and priming walls, lighting, and faucets. Additionally, they rebuilt the subfloor, water proofed around shower area and did an amazing job. It looks beautiful. What a great group of guys to work with. They helped us create a new bathroom and repaired my laundry room ceiling. We are very pleased with the friendliness of this company, the attention to detail and the effectiveness of the workers. We went back and forth about price, then he told me he would match price if I show him the quote. Maybe he should have spoke up 2 days ago,and said that. He might have got the job. Not now!!! So you see the response, but what he's not telling you is,he had a job in Huntley yesterday, when he reached out telling me he could " fit me in ". That's when, if he wanted the business he should have said, hey I will match your current quote.. But instead he tried to justify his estimate," stating " that's a lot of house you got". He even showed up at my home, unannounced,to "look it over" That in itself bothers me. NO Notification, other than a general comment, " I could stop by and take a look". Then he dropped his quote down when I asked for a revised number. The majority of the house doesn't need power washing, it's only the North side that shows the need,and that isn't that bad. I'm done with this guy !!! He had 1 review , before me, now he has 2. That's not saying to much !!! Choice is yours,but I would look elsewhere,and get at least 3 if not 5 quotes. I had a leak somewhere around a second story window that let rainwater into the house. Art was the first to respond to a few calls I made to local contractors and we setup an appointment for an estimate the next morning. He shows up with a crew, makes a bid, and then pushes to get started: "This is the day to do it. You've got a leak in your house!" Seems to be the MO: first to respond, high sales pressure. At the end of the day, the job site was well-cleaned and the second story window looked OK at first glance. Several days later, I saw siding flapping above the window. Going up to look, I saw the siding that had been reinstalled after they had sealed the leaking areas had been trimmed too short to stay behind the J-channel. There were also about 5-6 new cracks several places in the vinyl and also several steel nails, now with visible rust, that had been used to hold the vinyl siding latched together. I would have preferred new siding purchased and installed if pieces were cracked during the re-install, but was not given the option. Art was very responsive to a call regarding these issues and came back out the same day with his siding guy. They took a look and we discussed. Art preferred, and I agreed, not to take pieces off and potentially expose new holes that could admit water. I complained the siding was cut and now it doesn't fit well; the siding guy gave a speech claiming he did not cut it. The discussion ended with Art saying "we'll doctor it up". 15 minutes later they had disappeared without a word. They caulked most of the cracks they had created and added more face nails through the vinyl to keep it in place above the window. A couple other off-handed comments that afternoon made me question his ethics and quality standards. Art pointed to some cracked siding in the bottom course due to the lawnmower - and seemed to imply that I shouldn't worry about cracks they had made around the window since I already had some cracked siding down below. He also distanced himself from the quality issue saying he was just the roofing guy - he didn't work on the siding. I would expect the company owner (?) and crew chief to take ownership for the entirety of the project, including the final quality.

The work is been done as I type and I'll say the crew it's very professional the work it's very coordinated and they are right on target.

This Company is simply awful. No communication , no updates, and a different person on the phone or on site every time. Project Manager totally disappeared after the first day ! They never ever understood or Noted which door they were supposed to use to access the Basement after I told them at least SIX TIMES ! The equipment was in my house almost two days longer than it needed to be. They are in it to MILK the Insurance Companies, and for NO OTHER REASON. STEER CLEAR OF THEM !!!!

Quote was separated into different areas: 1)Drywall, mud, tape and finish for paint in mud room,paint 2)Repair damaged drywall on ceiling in kitchen, paint 3)Repair damaged freshly on basement stairs,paint Every step was itemized and had the price next to it so if I thought paint was too much, I'd be able to remove that option. At the end, you pay for any items they needed to purchase to compete your job. I opted for all three items to be completed and also asked for additional things to be added throughout the projects (trim, baseboards, crown molding, paint) and they accommodated every aspect (with additional cost, of course). 2 guys were here for about a week and they were both extremely respectful of the property (booties, cleaned everything, busted ass)..they even asked to use the bathroom every time even though I don't think that was necessary (there was a language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian, so made it a bit hard to know closet meant bathroom lol). They took out the original floor- tile and mortar bed, all the way to the subfloor. Then they re-did everything, added a curb (we had curbless before), and raised the sliding glass doors which had been installed too low. We are thrilled with the job they did; cleaned up every day and start to finish only took four days. We recommend without hesitation!
