Immediately after turning off the water, I started looking online for a plumber to fix the leak, and they suggested a different mitigation company which I accepted. They came by, and it turns out tried to scam me massively for insurance, etc. I'm lucky to have caught it before signing anything. After this awful experience, I went back online to find a different mitigation company and found Life Savers. They came by at like 9:00 p.m. took a look and although I was extremely suspicious of anyone I would have spoken to after the first experience, Rudy really helped set my mind at ease and made the process incredibly easy all things considered. They stopped the damage, everything was done incredibly professionally and well within the expectations of my insurance company, and their professionalism and kindness shown through from start to finish of their services. My claims adjuster was extremely impressed not only over how I handled the situation, but how Lifesavers did as well. They continue to forget to pick up recycling or bulk, they leave broken glass and don't clean it…read moreup. When you call to have them come clean it up, they don't come out. They broke an entire glass patio table and just left the pile of broken glass in the center of our cul-de-sac for little kids to fall injure themselves on or dogs to cut their paws on. This week they broke glass that was in our recycling bin This is the third time that they have broken something and left it. I called and even told them that a little boy had cut their knee on it and they still didn't send anybody. It has been four days and four phone calls, and nothing has been done. I've also seen broken glass throughout my neighborhood around the bins after they have picked them up. Also, I don't even think their call center is in America, I had two representatives who I could barely understand who just kept repeating the same generic phrases over and over, regardless of what I said, as if they couldn't understand me. I've called four times they still haven't come to clean the glass. They get paid so much money and do so little.

Whatever.. so I call for missed pickup and ask for retrieval... they said okay... 6pm comes and goes.. nothing. So I call next day. They said it will get picked up first thing next morning.. okay.. Thursday comes and goes... NOTHING. I call again. "Sorry it was missed we understand. Blah blah blah". Someone will come get it.. it's now Friday. 4 days of LIES. I call. Missed pickup. Explain the situation and state.... I just want the trash picked up... I don't care what happened. Just please come get it... LIE after LIE. Promising me they will call and come get it.. here it is. 3:40pm... crickets. Republic Services being the monopoly here in Vegas makes it impossible to feel valued when it's forced. I unexpectedly found myself in charge of a family member's uninhabitable residence near the Saturday before Easter. I had no idea how to cleanup an uninhabitable residence and the situation felt completely overwhelming. Luckily, my family and I found The BIO-Clean Team's number online. We asked the BIO-Clean Team if they could handle all the various issues we found in the residence and they said they could take care of everything (and they did!); this made me and my family much more comfortable. Furthermore, they showed up the next day (Easter Sunday!) and started right away. The crew that showed up was incredible. In addition to being extremely competent, they are also remarkably patient and understanding, which made the entire process easier. Everybody in my family that stopped by to check out the residence as it was being cleaned commented on how polite and professional the crew is! I see some other reviews on here about their pricing and practices; my experience was excellent in this regard. The BIO-Clean Team told me up front how pricing works: each task and material has its own cost, and whatever tasks and materials are required for the job would be tallied up at the end an invoice would be sent. I asked for an initial guess for an estimate and the final invoice fell within their stated range. It was all completely reasonable. Thank you BIO-Clean Team for helping me and my family out during a challenging situation!

Stacy went over pricing on the phone, which I appreciated. She also put everything we discussed in their work contract. The techs they sent: Alexis and another girl, I forget her name, showed up on time. They also explained the process of cleaning and disinfecting and biohazard disposal. They did a really thorough job. When they were done we really felt like you couldn't tell there was a bloody crime scene everywhere the night before. When we got the bill it was what we talked about. We actually had insurance but my mom didn't want to tell the insurance company what happened. That wasn't a problem for Stacy and her team, we didn't feel pressured at all. Hopefully we don't need something like this again, but if we do ... I'd call Stacy and the BIo-Clean Team again of course.
