March 21, 2026 I went to have my brakes checked before driving on a long trip. There was no current…read morenoise. The mechanic said that I needed 4 rotors and brakes pads. ( I have never needed 4 rotors at the same time in my lifetime of driving more than 40 years. I check my tires early.) After having the service provided, I asked to keep the rotors. I showed the initial rotors to another mechanic after my travels. The mechanic checked the rotors. He said they were good and didn't need changing. I was very disappointed in the estimate and service I received. The front dest staff provided professional service.
