One morning I woke up and heard dripping somewhere in the house which I thought was strange. It turns out that a pressure reducing valve in the Attic burst which flooded the second story bathroom directly beneath it as well as the hallway under that. Both floors affected - in total 2 hallways, 2 closets, and two bathrooms. Immediately after turning off the water, I started looking online for a plumber to fix the leak, and they suggested a different mitigation company which I accepted. They came by, and it turns out tried to scam me massively for insurance, etc. I'm lucky to have caught it before signing anything. After this awful experience, I went back online to find a different mitigation company and found Life Savers. They came by at like 9:00 p.m. took a look and although I was extremely suspicious of anyone I would have spoken to after the first experience, Rudy really helped set my mind at ease and made the process incredibly easy all things considered. They stopped the damage, everything was done incredibly professionally and well within the expectations of my insurance company, and their professionalism and kindness shown through from start to finish of their services. My claims adjuster was extremely impressed not only over how I handled the situation, but how Lifesavers did as well. If I do need to mitigate another disaster Lifesavers will be the first team I call. Excellent service and excellent value. I called the number listed under Savers and thereceptionist called me back, along with someone named Rudy, who said he could be at my home within 30 minutes and asked me to text him my address. After sending the address, Rudy called back with follow-up questions. I explained that the water damage was due to roof issues caused by improperly installed solar panels and that we would be going through the solar company's insurance, as the State Contractors Board of Nevada had approved my claim. Rudy then responded, "I will have to pass on this one, honey." It felt very unprofessional to be addressed as "honey" (who does that?) Rudy could have just turned me down because they don't work with large custom homes or insurance companies. read more

My flooring is lifting, they put white paint splatters all over my new black granite countertops, the toe kick on my cabinets are peeling up due to rudimentary cutting of edges, the baseboards were 1) not approved by me before installation, 2) they had no idea how to make a bullnose corner on them and it looks like my 5 year old did it, 3) didn't use any caulking to close gaps where it meets up on the wall of floor. The landing step of my stairs had 12 nail tip coming up through the plank, the step down into the front room is loose and a safety hazard. They went through 4 different subcontractors to install the kitchen cabinets and still didn't get it right. Not to mention I had to send a certified letter of intent because Ricardo, the joke of a contractor tried to abandon the project because his pride got bruised when all these issues were brought to his attention. Almost $40,000 spent with them only to have to turn around and spend almost $15,000 more to fix the disaster of work they did in my home. Beware these guys are all crap, there work is crap and only looks good temporarily and their customer relations are a joke. They stand in your house and talk poorly about you and your family in spanish because they think you are so stupid you won't understand them. Horrible company, deplorable people, and hazardous workmanship ***Rudy likes to try and dance around his involvment in the matter, but the contractor is under his umnbrella of business and Rudy was the one that came after the BBB complaint to ensure the work would be completed and even cut the check to replace the dining room table that was ruined during the renovations. Seems quite odd that someone who isn't tied to the construction crew would go through such lengths regarding a matter that has nothing to do with him. What a joke, look everyone the lies are in full display for you to see. The king of say one thing and do another scam artist business model wants you to believe he's innocent and of no fault. Good lord stop allowing your unscrupulous and untrustworthy true self shine through so brightly. read more

Rudy and his professional team did a GREAT JOB, start to finish. A water line in the kitchen wall burst, flooding the kitchen, damaging insulation behind drywall, kitchen cabinets, as well as a lot of high grade hardwood flooring. I shut the water source to keep the water from continuing to flood adjacent areas. I then contacted Life Savers Restoration. Rudy and his team RESPONDED QUICKLY, and started restoration. After they had evacuated the water, they isolated the areas with heavy guage poly walls, and set up dehumifiers to dry the areas. They also removed water damaged cabinets and flooring. After water evacuation and the area free of moisture, his crew departed leaving the area spotlessly clean. My insurance company's adjuster arrived a few days later and deemed that all high grade hardwood flooring needed to be removed. After ensuring that furniture and breakables had been removed from the kitchen, dining area and foyer, Rudy's team once again farricated a complex heavy guage poly surround. The surround was created so that debris that subsequenty would result from the removal of the remaining hardwood flooring & underlying lightweight concrete would be contained. COMMUNICATIONS WERE AWESOME, pricing was reasonable, Rudy and his staff wore masks all of the time they were here. My entire house flooded. It was horrifying. My insurance tried to pin the blame on me and even demanded an inspection of my washing machine lol. I called Rudy as a recommendation from my plumber. He saved my booty. He helped me with the claims process (I despise paperwork lol). Rudy also walked me through the day to day interactions with my insurance (western mutual). I was very happy. The business owner is very unprofessional. They came and did some mitigation work on 4/1 and I received an invoice dated for 4/5 with a due date of 5/5 on it. I didn't have issues with the work, but I could tell they were just there to get insurance money. Once the insurance company issued the funds, they sent me an email asking to be paid. I had them send me the email so I could pay via cc. I even called them and had a quick discussion with Sierra who was very nice. I let her know I'd get it paid. On 4/19 they sent someone to my house to serve me a notice of intent to file a Lien. This was a bit ridiculous especially because the invoice was not past due. Very cowardly and unprofessional. Our water heater leak caused damage in the garage, laundry room and master bathroom walls and our plumber gave me Rodolfo's number. He responded fast, came by right away, handled all the talking to the insurance company while we reported the claim on speakerphone, and his crew came by two days later to break open our walls and blow dry everything behind it with giant blowers. They were going to pick those up Tuesday morning between 9-10. They could not move our washing machine too far because they said there was a crack in the connection somewhere but they worked around it. So far so good. Rodolfo had told me his company didn't do the repairs to the walls so we got some quotes from contractors but couldn't go ahead with them until the insurance gave the green light, and they wouldn't until they got the invoice from the job Life Savers Restoration just did. Tuesday nobody showed up and Rudolfo didn't respond to texts or calls. I called their office number at noon and the lady said "I wish he would've told me he set that appointment for 9AM". Someone eventually came by to pick up their stuff and I asked him if he could ask the crew where exactly they detected that crack by our washing machine. He never got back to me about that and neither did the lady on the phone from their office when I asked her. That Tuesday she did inform me Rodolfo was sick and that I would not receive my invoice until sometime next week. This sucked because my insurance would not tell me if they would pay for the repairs and what budget we had until they got that invoice. Another week went by where we couldn't use our dryer, park in the garage (your car gets hot sitting outside in Vegas in June) or use our master bathroom, with no end in sight... Monday I called their office again, where the lady told me she had a lot going on and would get the invoice sometime that week. Eventually she did. Then the insurance took about a week to look at everything. As soon as they gave the green light the week after, I called our contractor, and June 26th, 24 days after Life Savers Restoration broke open our walls, those could finally get repaired. Or most of it at least. When they removed the sink they cracked the pipe under it so that was leaking when our contractors put it back on. They did pay for the repair of that eventually (the least we expected after they charged $4600 for four hours of work, twice what putting the walls back up wound up costing). And they yanked out the toilet roll holder in such a way it could not get reattached again, luckily I still had an old one laying around. But our water damage is repaired and it looks good read more

While cutting into the drywall in my garage the crew cut a plumbing line and had to shut off the water. In addition to me having to pay for the water that poured out I was without water for 6 hours. They did send someone to fix it. My issue with this company is there was no apology. The crew did not apologize and Rudy refused to. He said "I'm not going to apologize for a waterline my guys cannot see and we sent a plumber out to fix it... you're very welcome" They made a mistake and I am supposed to thank them for fixing it.
