Even when i worked there. I don't know how many times I had to repeat this fact to the lady at the front desk. She was talking to me like I was a child, because I didn't know specific information THAT I DID NOT HAVE SINCE DELTA DID NOT GIVE US AN INSURANCE CARD. But now the big kicker is a bill that I've received THREE MONTHS AFTER MY EXTRACTION, saying that we owe almost $3000 out of freaking no where. We were told that we only owed $600 and some change after insurance, so that's what we payed. and now all of a sudden we're getting a bill (which says late, but how is it a late bill if WE WERE NEVER INFORMED ABOUT IT) that says we owe almost $3000.
