They offer services at their Winston or Advance offices, depending on the day of they week. The staff was always professional and friendly. My only issue with this and all other medical offices is that if you're late, they may make you come back another day but if they make YOU wait 30-60 minutes, they expect you to be understanding. Over $6,000 and two years later, my girl's teeth were fixed. They gave here a jar of sticky candy treats she couldn't eat for two years. I thought that was a nice, thoughtful and personal touch. I do recommend them highly. They took great care of my girl. At the end of the day, that is all that matters.

Both of which ultimately led to me not getting my braces and never mentioning it again until last year. Fast forward 9 or 10 years...Dr. Rickabaugh came very highly recommended as he has fixed about 10 of my friends' smiles and the results were AH-mazing! I decided to take the plunge and go in for a consult. The consultation visit went great. It didn't feel as though I was going to see the great Oz, it was very comfortable and warm. The impending cost of the whole shebang (treatment, braces and retainers) was great and then I chickened out....AGAIN! But only for about 6 months this time! Everyone in his practice is friendly and genuinely cares about the patients and their well-being. He brings a level of peace and calm with a side of humor to what could be a traumatic experience.
