My ledges were still dirty when they finished the pressure washing, and I paid extra to have a roof area cleaned that was not done well. Additionally, in the past, they talked me into replacing my gutter covers because my existing ones were collecting leaves and pollen. Unfortunately, the new covers they installed have the exact same problem. I reached out to customer service and received no response.
