Update 2019: Horrible customer service. Many better options elsewhere.
They (owner primarily)do not value the customer. We had gone here for three years and then one day they claimed we missed an appointment and must pay.
To cut it short, we had no record of the appointment nor did we receive an notification on the days leading up to, or the day of concerning the alleged appointment.
But that's not the real point, nor the basis for the rating.
When I called to have a civil discussion that there may be a mix-up, the owner was extremely rude, and said some unbelievably disrespectful things!
I understand that sometimes German businesses get a bad rap for customer service...but the owner will dispel those myths without a moment's notice.
Stylists? Great! But I would say, given how the owner truly values his clients, you will be mich better served to find other options, of which there are many. read more
