They handled everything: design, measurements, kitchen layout, cabinet production, installation, counter tops. The cabinets look great and I love all my extras like a Kitchen Aid riser base, warming drawer, wood utensil holders, corner lazy susan unit, and even an automatic opener on the double garbage can cabinet. And the finished wood panels on my refrigerator keeps the look so clean that no one even notices the refrigerator until I have them open the door. Signet even designed a hidden panel that has my bulletin board and keys out of site. Signet Cabinetry was a dream to work with for my cabinet needs and I will be calling them to do my master bath soon.

They recommended to not use Nextdoor since they get so much spam and scammers they rarely check it. They agreed to pull a quote together for some pantry pull out selves. I received a quote within a day of speaking to them by Jason Franklin. Seems like a great company with only quality items offered.

Unfortunately, my wife unknowingly spilled an oily liquid and some of the liquid remained on our cabinet for a couple days before we noticed it. A small area at the bottom of the cabinet was damaged. The paint just seemed to melt off. The silver lining was the area damaged was the wide trim around the bottom of our island. I called Scott at High Caliber and explained our problem. Scott said he didn't know if they could match the paint perfectly since it had been 5 years. Scott said he'd call me back once he checked out a couple things and called the Amish company that built the cabinets. In less than 30 minutes Scott called and asked if he could send one of his guys out to look at it. Within the next 30 minutes an employee came to my house. He removed the damaged moulding and took it with him. The next morning I received a call and was told the moulding had been repaired and they wanted to bring it back and reinstall it. I was told they sanded the moulding and gave it two coats of paint. I was fortunate they had some of my paint still on hand. In a little over 24 hours they had fixed our problem. Cost: ZERO, NADA. Not many businesses give that kind of customer service anymore! These guys are first class.
