Apparently I was on the verge of driving around without any insurance (without any kind of notification from this agency) because when the agent transferred my car insurance to double up with my house insurance she never signed me up for automatic payment -- which I have always been on. Also, I had to request to double up the policies to save money - the agent couldn't even be bothered to suggest. Received an unusual inspection request from the insurance carrier which this agent insisted was normal. I had to call another agency to confirm it was not. Then I was charged almost double on my current bill because she did not do her due diligence with providing an accurate quote. When I contacted the owner he just deflected.

When my homeowner's insurance policy skyrocketed for the renewal beginning January 1st, I requested other quotes. I was told by a rep at the Stockwell Agency that there were no better offers. I decided to shop around and found considerably better prices from other companies. I switched, and also, switched my Auto policy that was with Stockwell (Allstate) to get better bundled premium prices. When I requested cancellation of the auto policy, the rep I spoke with told me to email her the policy numbers and effective cancellation dates, which I prompty did. Almost a month later, I discovered that NOTHING was done and I was paying for two auto insurance policies. I was supposed to be refunded from Allstate (Stockwell), because I paid the 6 month policy in full. Stockwell Agency did not even bother returning my phone messages or emails. I had to contact the main Allstate customer service phone line to do the auto policy cancellation. Frankly, I am stunned by this negligent lack of service by the Stockwell Agency.

However price went up no explanation was made or notice . And that wasn't the problem but for first time My father needed a service on His car after a problem on his car on high way when his car had mechanical issue. We have the tow service with out policy not only bad response on the phone in more than 5 phone calls but also each phone call was for over 30 min and every time was different response however my father stayed on the highway up till 4.30 am on the high way in cold weather and no heat in the car. So I go 4.30 am to pick him up and leave car on the side of the high way. Keep in mind that they said some one on the way since 7 pm and 9 hours after still no one showed up. And even 24 hours after still no one came to pick up the car then we had to pay over 300 to tow the car throw privet company. And even no truck showed up from the Koritko group they said they only will cover $75 for the towing . I'm in shopping for new insurance for my self and father auto and home. I would not risk my house to be covered by this group. I don't know them but my mortgage broker recommended them at the time I bought my house. And just like he did send me to this group but I will make sure to not have this happen again and will Share my experience with my clients and advice them to switch and never to refer any one to this group.
