We've…read moreworked with USC at least 10 years and they have continually been a part of each landscape extension we do. I rely on their recommendations and design for the best solution for each added landscaped area and they never go overboard on equipment and pricing. After adding a large flower bed this spring I knew we needed their help and when i called, they were booked out for 3 weeks so I planned to hand water and wait for them rather than call someone else. Three days later, operations manager Steve calls me on Friday afternoon, said he'd just looked over the property and if it was ok, his crew could be over in an hour. Next thing I know, his team of 8 was digging around all of the new planting, carefully running a new line, moving sprinkler heads, replacing the turf, re-spreading the bark mulch and testing each zone. A 3 week schedule became 3 days, with the work completed by Friday evening. Sure we're a good customer and expect good service but this effort was outstanding.

Knowing this, I figured that having an irrigation system installed wouldn't be easy. I guess I was wrong because All Wet did the job in about a day and I couldn't be more pleased. Since then they have come back to make a few adjustments and again, excellent service all around and their pricing is more than competitive. I'm able to control my sprinklers through my phone so watering is exceptionally easy. The system also compensates the watering schedule using weather and precipitation data so it runs more economically than a system with a simple rain sensor. Getting an appointment is easy. They always arrive promptly and are more than willing to accommodate their customers in any way possible. I'm also planning to use them to do some landscape lighting in the Fall. 5 enthusiastic stars. Much thanks!

It always bugs me when people have NO CLUE how things work but way too fast to put a blame on anyone but themselves!!! I made a mistake when winterizing our system the first year and we did have a leak when the new season began. So my wife called this company to come out. We admitted fault and were willing to pay the fees to fix it. Of course Thom was upset because we didn't call him to winterize our system. All he had to do was fix the issue, we were willing to pay, and just tell us verbally the system is fixed. Instead he had a big attitude and was just real nasty to my wife which I did watch later on from my high definition cameras I have placed all around my house. I am just wondering if I was standing there if he would of been so tough like he was to my 5 foot 1 inch wife. I am about two years late on this review but I just caught up. Sofie M, should just shut up honestly and not write fake reviews. Either she is Thom's wife or his side piece. I am not trying to make Thom go out of business here by any means, but in the future you shouldn't talk down to customers that are willing to pay, especially women that our trying to handle the business on their own.

After initially contacting them, they were onsite with in 24 hours to make an assessment. They followed up with an email estimate at a fair price by the end of the day. They scheduled the work to be completed within a week. Unfortunately, bad weather prevailed but they kept me up to date as to when the work would be completed. I was pleased with the end results which was a massive cleanup, cutback, clearing and removal. It was accomplished with a 6-man team. They worked in a no-nonsense professional manner. I was expecting it to take two days, but Two Brothers said that they could complete the work in less than 1 day and they did! They had all of the necessary tools, equipment and vehicles to complete the job in a professional manner. They offered repayment options and accepted the establishment of an electronic bill payer account from my bank. I am looking forward to doing continual business with them!

The project was done quickly and great quality. At the same time, we had had some plumbing issues and our cobblestone pavers were removed but reinstalled terribly by another contractor, Two Brothers helped us out and fixed all the cobblestone pavers so they were perfect again. The second project was to clear out our overgrown foliage to prep for a new fence. The crew came and left in just a couple hours - so quick and such great quality work. We are already planning to use them again for the fun stuff - landscape design and planting and I'm really looking forward to it. They're a joy to work with - kind, fair, quick, response, and great quality work. Highly recommend them!
