We have been very happy with Big Heart Landscaping for our lawn maintenance and snow plowing needs for the past 4 years. We recently worked with Big Heart Landscaping on a project at our home to deal with erosion at a retaining wall and poor drainage on our property. Todd and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Todd was very prompt and professional when he came to our home to provide his assessment and plan of what needed to be done. His work team arrived on time to our home and were very professional and courteous. Mr. Abrams remained available to us by telephone and email during the project to answer questions and reassure me that my yard would be put back together just as it was when it started. There were some adjustments that were made during the project but we were kept well informed. It was a bit nerve wracking to see trenches dug from the back of my home but Todd continued to tell me I would be very satisfied when they were done. The team worked from 8 AM to 4 PM for 4 days and as promised it looked great when they were done. Todd was very professional and brought his years of experience to our project. We would recommend him to family and friends. We anticipate we will be contacting him next year to provide a Master Plan for a landscape project on our property. Todd Abrams and his crew have changed my life. I have a narrow, difficult driveway, and several other snow plow companies had told me they couldn't do it with their equipment. I dreaded snowstorms and the hours of shoveling it meant. Then I met Todd, and all of a sudden, I don't hate winter. He shows up on time and not only plow my driveway but shovel all the sidewalks and stairs. They are quick, courteous, and thorough, and I never have to think about it. His landscape service has also been great. They come once a week in the summer and do a basic mow and blow, but Todd has also been wonderful about adding little extras -- seeding the lawn, painting, fertilizing, power washing or pruning bushes. And in the fall, they do all the leaf cleanup. He also painted my the interior of my house last monthThey are just fabulous -- great people, honest, friendly, and complete. And his prices are great. Their crew was there when they were supposed to be, they did a very thorough job, Todd did a wonderful job of picking out plants for me and planting them to complement our landscaping that his crew had just finished up. I found Big Heart Landscaping working in the neighborhood while jogging... I needed some serious work done on my front yard, including a retaining wall, paver patio and outdoor kitchen. I checked all his references and then talked to Todd on the job they were working on nearby and he dropped by later that day... we made a plan and these guys executed with brilliance on time and on budget!! What I loved most is all the guys working on the job seemed really happy to be working and doing what they do, I like good energy around me. I am an extremely happy customer. I've used Big Heart Landscaping for the second time now and Todd Abrams is the best. When I bought my house it was clear no one had kept up with the landscaping and there was too much work for me to even attempt on my own. They created plant beds for my wife and helped remove some unsightly and out of place bushes that obstructed my yard. The crew at Big Heart Landscaping is very professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make our property look its best Prior to Big Heart Landscaping, I had to coordinate with four different providers to cut my grass, provide fertilization, maintain shrubs, flower beds, and do power washing and lighting work. I read the great reviews on Big Heart Landscaping about 3 hours ago so i figured i'd give them a shot. The owner responded within 1 minute and was at my house within 6 minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me as i'm very detailed oriented. He wrote up a quote for me and showed me 2 local houses were he did paver work and planted new beds. I happened to know the neighbors and they couldn't stop raving about the company when I pulled them aside. His prices were lower than the other 4 quotes i received. We were very happy with the open communication throughout the project. As the project moved along, Todd Abrams, the owner, saw ways to improve upon the design and touched bases with us to get an okay to proceed with any change (no extra charge, of course). I thought i knew everything about my water issues that I had in my yard, but Mr. Abrams patiently explained how it could be fixed. These guys are top notch. My lawn looked horrible at the spring time with weeds and crab grass and now it looks like a golf course. They also plow my yard in the winter time for the past 6 years.
