This is hands down the best Hooka Lounge in Patterson! It's my first time visiting but after the great experience they provided I will be a REGULAR! I love the chill atmosphere, the great music, welcoming environment and friendly staff! Its so beautiful on the inside ! Many spot to take candid pics within and outside the facility I came in on a Saturday and apparently they have beautiful belly dance performers EVERY SATURDAY!!! I was in shock and awe These beautiful girls are not just gorgeous but super talented. I was even more taken back when they told me there's no entrance fee AT ALL! I've been here twice and the two experiences I've had were waaaay to different. The first time I went, I had an incredible experience. I had a party of 3, and the owner and staff were very attentive. The owner even gave us a flavor for free because he wanted us to try it. My second experience however was very terrible, and because of it, I probably won't come back again. Again, came in with 3 and was told it was $25 per person to enter (it's Paterson NJ). Whatever, I paid it, we got our table and then proceeded to experience terrible service. Hookah was late, service was slow, and you could tell they wanted to turn tables over really quickly and get us out. This place could be the best hookah bar in the area, if they were friendlier to their customers. read more

Lets not even talk about the ghetto experience i had the night i tried to even get in. Was waiting on a line for 15 - 20 mins it was my friends bday and we where headed in there w a bottle because its byob. And we wanted hookah. The place was packed and they told us that we would have to stand at the bar w the hookah. That was a bit unfortunate. But then we where finally about to head inside w a $10 per person charge. We are all just sitting outside still waiting for them to even allow us in. Then... i look around and i see a man hitting on a female and pulling on her hair. Everyone is screaming. Me and my friends run out because it starts to become a brawl. We ended up asking for our money back. Cause the vibe already started off crazy. The brawl didnt stop for about 35 mins. No cops in site. Security guards not doing anything. Just not a safe place. At allll!! Nobody seemed to care about what was happening and how the business perceives themselves to the outside eye. Its not even a spot that would be last minute resort. The safety isnt there. Anddd we ended up going to the other hookah spot a block away. Which was more reasonable than this spot. read more

As ROSEIRY said they have a horrible service..that dont mean anything..i go to habibi cafe basically every single day.and honestly i have no idea what she talking abt horrible service...they have best service and hookah..they washed every hookah after each use..you can go personally check it..i always get charcoal on time..and the best part is they have live DJ every weekend they play every kind of music..2 officers inside the building because as everyone knows security does matter..and if it was horrible place which this place get packed every day ? Was looking for something to do on a Friday night and my friend recommended this place, so I thought why not. I went with one of my girlfriend's. This place is perfect if you are just trying to smoke hookah and only that. Not really what I wanted to do but I was there already and it seemed like waste of money to go to another lounge. So we stayed and tried to enjoy ourselves but the music okay and there wasn't much space to dance which kinda of sucked. The staff was nice and helpful. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is overpriced and extremely unprofessional. Two friends and I went there last night and paid $20 each for ONE hookah and one friend doesn't even smoke but paid anyway. After about half an hour the cops show up and kick everyone out for the business's lack of proper licensing. From what one officer said you're not allowed to smoke in the building....... Whatever the case may be NOBODY got a refund. When I tried to talk to the security guard (the most clueless, rude, airheaded security guard they could've possibly hired) he told us he wasn't allowed to open the door and to ask the cop if I really wanted my refund back. After .5 seconds of getting permission from a police officer parked outside I went back to tell the him and he had disappeared locking all the doors. Our night ended at 11:30. The good reviews are clearly from people that either work there or know someone who does because this place is seriously TRASH. Terrible location. Nearly empty the only two times I've gone including last night. Don't waste your time. read more

First time going and it will be my last , hookah was terrible I make better at home , felt like I was smoking the charcoal. The service was good the guy was on point with changing the coal. The music was so loud for a lounge , I felt like it was suppose to be a 2 story club. as for the price , I bought a bottle of wine with me which I asked the guy if I could he never mentioned to me there was a 20 charge for the bottle , WHAT... This is my 3rd hookah lounge I have visited and I must say it is better than the other 2 I have visited; however, they do lack in customer service and being polite. On a good note, the music, the atmosphere, and the hookah is not bad. I will revisit in the future. Ps: be prepared to pay their expensive entrance fee, which is 20$ a person and they charge 15$ for one hookah. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This place is so unorganized I can't even deal, we had a party of over 20+ ppl WITH reservations. Once we arrived they claimed our reservation was canceled. They charged each person $20 and it was 1 hookah for 2 PEOPLE. Which means $40 for one hookah. Then while requesting a cake for the birthday girl they claimed it was not included AFTER spending over $400. I would not recommend this place to anyone, on top of that the flavors were disgusting. This place is absolutely horrible! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The manager was rude and disrespectful to us as paying customers. He used the language "get the fuck out of here" if more people come because we showed up before their was a cover charge and didn't have to pay it. We were charged for bringing out own bottles and then hassled when trying to purchase hookah. The manager on shift made the comment that he was "playing hip hop" for us assuming that all black people only listen to hip hop. It was a horrible experience and a total waste of time. HORRIBLE SERVICE! It was my first and last time at this cafe. The hookah was ok but with horrible customer service, I will not be going there again or even recommend anyone to go. They are very cheap about their charcoals, bring your own coals to avoid starting a conflict! They are very very rude and unprofessional! First and foremost service was terrible as well as false advertisement , I was told it was $20 for guys $10 for girls and it was byob not once did he mention a charge to bringing in bottles and that it was no hard liquor , as I walk in the crook of owner or whoever runs the front door says no hard liquor that to let us in what were we going to pay him , he says each persons $20 because it's Saturday the lounge was empty we were charged $4 for the little bucket of ice that barely filled two cups , the hookah tasted horrible wouldn't recommend this place not even to a squirrel read more

So we called this place and made reservations for a party of 15 people. He told us over the phone that it was $20 for guys and $10 for girl and that we could bring our own liquor. Well when we get there the crook at the door I guess it was the owner had a big sign saying no hard liquor allowed. So I asked him no hard liquor allowed?? And his response was. It depends how much your paying me. He charged us $100 dollars to let us bring in our liquor and then charge everyone $20 each. So I said weren't girls $10. He said no only on weekdays. Mind you I called that morning and they said $10 for girls. Anyway we walked in to an empty ass lounge. Hookahs were $15 each and I requested some ice for the drinks and they said it was $4 dollars for a tiny bucket of ice that had just enough ice for 2 cups. This place was a motherfucking rip off. After about 2 hours we got up and left. Service was garbage too. Avoid this dump and the thief owner at the door at all cost. I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't waste your money here like we did. read more
