This is a decent store for anything other than lighting equipment. As a lighting collector and…read moreenthusiast, I used to consider this store the best in the Inverness/Crystal River area for lighting equipment. I particularly liked how they sold loose incandescent light bulbs for only 20¢ each, it was a good deal for light bulb collectors. However, since 2023, they have ceased selling vintage fluorescent lighting fixtures and any light bulbs at all. They still sell basic incandescent fixtures, but even the selection of those is lackluster with not as many vintage pieces as they previously had. I still visit this location around November/December because their Christmas decor selection is elite; much better than other stores in the area. But if you are into lighting equipment, this is not the location to visit.

We were looking for a leather reclining loveseat. They had one but we were going to decline getting…read moreit as it was too heavy for us to lift it ourselves and we thought it was too big for the small area in which we wanted to put it. They offered to bring it to us and if it did not work out they'd bring it back to their store, not even charging us a delivery fee. As it turned out it did work out and they took our old loveseat with them. which they indicated was probably not worth a whole lot. We thought they could maybe sell it in the store. We gave them a tip to cover their gas but they did not ask for anything. In my book they went above and beyond. Plus they were very nice. Check them out. Which makes it very frustrating to have to find the sign to see how much something is. From what I could see, there was just one tiny sign for the whole store. I've been to thrift stores like this in the past and they either have multiple signs all around the store or a huge sign plastered on the wall. My overall rating rating is a 2.5.

They have a large selection of items: lots of estate jewelry, china, Pyrex, books, clocks, vintage toys, instruments, Florida specific items, etc. Really a lot to choose from. We were approached relatively quickly by a sales person who was super nice. I can't remember his name, but he was very sweet. He showed us some dining room tables, and on the way out, we chatted about several different sofas that had cool features. They do have this sofa set or maybe more than one that has reclining chairs at the end that go close to flat and one of them has foot rests that slide underneath in a drawer, which is kind of cool. The quality seems to be nice and the price was not bad at all. I'm probably going to be back when we're ready to actually furnish the place.
