We have VERY mixed feeling about this store. On one hand, it's very clean, and they have some very nice items. We've purchased some really good stuff here in the past. HOWEVER...... I do not understand why they don't change their hours to close at 4:00 PM, instead of the 5:00 PM time they advertise. We were shopping here at 4:15 on a Saturday, and they were rushing us out the door!! That's right, you heard me, rushing us out the door 45 minutes prior to closing time. We witnessed them turn away customers (and wouldn't even let them in the door!!) at 4:25 pm. I kid you not, let me repeat, they would not open the door for a sweet little lady who had arrived 35 minutes prior to close. Does management know that the staff is doing this? Absolutely absurd. Also worth pointing out that this was not a one time instance. We've witnessed this on multiple occasions. read more

When I walked in they seemed to be pretty busy. I was able to find some pretty neat stuff for a decent price and the service was amazing. They were very polite and we had a conversation about some of the new technology around such as Tap pay. They have everything from furniture to Knick Knacks, t-shirts, purses, and what surprised me was the amount of Corning dishes. I've been to this great store with my incredible 86 year old Italian mother at least 50 times in 5 years. Why? When entering the store you'll be greeted usually with a welcome and a smile. The staff has always been pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Although we have purchased an array of items, large and small, from paintings to electronics, from jewelry to housewares, we basically stop in to check on the vast amount of men's and ladies clothing. I've purchased dress shirts, dress pants, suits, quality shoes, many golf and casual shirts, shorts for golf and casual and swim trunks from nice surfing shorts to competitive swim briefs by Speedo and Tyr. Women have so much more in volume that it will take time to go through and they update items daily. They use color coded tags and on certain days there are discounts and one color will reflect all things at $1. For a dollar we've literally run the gamut of treasures from clothing to furniture to books to kitchen items to hats and belts. Everything is clean and nothing is they placed for sale without being checked by staff. There are no stains or issues ever. The value is so competitive you'll want to come back. They award points for visits and purchases and you'll get a discount of $5 after so many visits. You can find couches, tables, holiday items, glassware, jewelry, walking aids like walkers and canes and very high quality and unique gifts that are all donated from the community. I miss you all at hospice as mom and I are at the Villages. Enjoy! You'll love the plaza it's situated in there in gorgeous Juno Beach on the West side of highway one with an entrance by the back when heading south. On Sunday, I was shopping in this store and I ask the clerk if I could see the rings in the glass case. She took out the display of rings and she began looking and trying them on her fingers. She was suppose to let me look at them to see if I want to purchase any of the rings. Them she said to me that they put a penny in place of a sold ring. And that she notice that the penny was missing in one of the slots for a ring. Then she told me that she has to tell her manager that she saw a ring was missing before she showed me the display of rings. I don't need all this drama to look at jewelry. The manager of this store should look at their security camera's footage on Sunday. Why don't this store pay their help. Maybe there wouldn't have so much internal theft, allegedly. read more

The ladies were very rude and was quite angry . I simply asked why a set of reconditioned Bose small shelf speakers were bundled with two in cellophane warpped with 2 25.00 stickers, why the hell wouldn't you simply put 50. Dollars on the pair instead of confusing people, at 50 dollars Bose outlet reconditioned speakers would be worthy about 35, it's out dated technology and reconditioned to boot. .. you can say they are not that price politely, if you cannot respect clients even if you volunteer stay the hell home and knit, I will not spend money there , people at other thrift shops are nicer. Took a bunch of stuff to donate after losing my mother and no receipts?? Lady was not the most pleasant..

As thrift stores go you can bet that if it's associated with hospice then it's above all the rest. They carry some of the best & higher end items that I have ever seen in a thrift store. Each item is handled with the utmost of care. They are only slightly loved and are inspected & cleaned. The clothes are not mangled or folded but rather hung and displayed with understandable signage. This store in particular has quite a large number of collectables of all kinds. The volunteers here are welcoming so if you have any questions they will gladly assist you as if they were a sales associate in a department store. This location is at the top of my "best of" list. read more

They sold me unusable or broken electronics for $75 - with no ability to return it - and they pretty much did so knowing this was the consequence. The price on it was $150 and first the woman told me it was tested and working, so I asked her why it was crossed out where it said "tested". I told her I'd pay the $150 but if it doesn't work, I'll need to return it which I wouldn't do lightly because I live almost an hour away - so it'd take me almost 2 hours to return it! Instead of agree to this, a woman with straight blonde hair said she'd sell it for $75 as-in, and if it's broken, I can't return it which is NOT what I wanted. I agreed to this because she wouldn't agree to my deal to pay full price for working equipment. Sure enough, I get home and sort through all the wires, and I don't even have all the wires required to hook it up and use it - no way to plug it into my televion or any receiver, I'll actually have to buy more wires to see if it even works after being told it was all there!!!! And the woman who made this deal seemed pretty proud of herself for doing so - it almost seemed like she was chuckling with pride and now I know why - the joke is on me. I was hoping a religious place wouldn't do me dirty but they did. I was very clear that I didn't want to pay $75 for something that wasn't working but I was then assured that they didnt' think someone would drop off something that was not in working condition to be sold. So if you're looking for a place to buy missing and broken electronics for $75 to $150 a pop, this is your store. I myself, will never go back. read more
