They have a tag on each piece that you can scan with the ipads to take you to the right online page to purchase it. Or you can take a postcard with the information about what you'd like to buy (or a colour patch to check if everything will go with the rest of your furniture) and buy it online later. The designs are lovely. The prices are pretty reasonable (similar to habitat...so more than ikea!) and the quality seems pretty good. I'm just surprised no other yelpers have added it already!

Yesterday, I was told the shop was under-stocked following the xmas period, it was still crammed with tables, chairs, picture frames, shelves and trunks. I ended up buying a large solid oak bookshelf for £45 and it's made me so much happier than anything from IKEA could ever do! Best of all, the shop's owner will deliver on the day, accepts cash on delivery and does not charge for the service. A real bonus for a non-driver like me, and he even ventured out to sunny South Tottenham. Yay!

This shop has so many things and it's overwhelming and hilarious and fun at the same time. For example, I bought a little popcorn set for my mom here for 8 pounds, and then I saw those crazy purses here, you know, the ones that look silly and are made up of shiny triangles and you think they look stupid but then when you touch them you start to think you want then? You know those crazy purses? the 500 pound ones? You know those kinds?!?! And then I guess they sell furniture here. But they also sell funny little games, and also these intricately designed santa cookies, and cards and just weird freaking stuff! That's the funny thing about the Conran Shop. It has a lot of fun stuff and maybe something is 8 pounds, or 800 pounds, you just need to check. But the best thing about the Conran Shop is their little cafe in the back. So all my friends keep asking me, just how do I get so many men (multiples at once at times) . They often say things like "Kerry. B how did you bang that hunk" or "Kez is your muff made of magic because you are well and truly batting above your weight there".
