An absolutely amazing shop with some of the most luxurious beds I have ever seen. I know I shouldn't get excited about a bed store but this has to be seen to be believed. It is like going back in time to an England that had castles and stately homes that we lived in and not owned by the national trust. From the modern to unashamedly traditional - they don't come cheap and they take on commissions to build the bed to your chosen specification or eccentricity. They also offer and manufacture cupboards, chest of drawers, bedside tables in any style you can imagine for oriental to Georgian etc. That said, you probably need a very large house in Chelsea and more money the Roman Abramovich to be able to afford to buy anything in this shop - £3000 and upwards and you are somewhere close to a new bed.

Received email in the first week of April for final 50% as due for delivery within 4 weeks. I chased them at end of April for delivery date. Was told should be by end of May. Chased and chased throughout May, to be told was going to be June, due to delays. Sales staff aren't able to tell me what the delays are though. Then was told that would be July. When I asked to cancel my order as they have totally failed to deliver, was told that there was a 30% restocking fee- £1,436 for absolutely nothing. When I asked for the complaints procedure, I was told they don't have one, as they have never had a complaint. I asked for the directors contact details, which they wouldn't give, he rang off a withheld number, and didn't call me back when requested. they say that they are a small company, but actually have 20 showrooms. I have no faith at all in their 15 year frame guarantee or the stain cover- they can't even get the sofa made! If you are looking for good quality service STAY WELL CLEAR OF SOFAS AND STUFF.

I ended up ordering an armchair I didn't even know I wanted as it was so comfortable. We were really impressed with the value too. We waited just over six weeks for delivery, as advised. The delivery people were polite and efficient, even when they had to remove the doorframe to get our new armchair in. We absolutely adore our new furniture. Thanks Sofas and Stuff!

We have been waiting for 2 months and still it has not arrived. They do not reply to emails and we are just fobbed off on the phone. Several times they have told us it will be in this week and then when we phone again it is always next week - maybe. The hours they work are also very lax so trying to get someone on a weekend is pot luck.

Not much indication is given as to what is new and what is second hand, or where the staff are located should you have a question. After raising your voice a couple of times, a staff member seems to just appear from somewhere near the back, but in my experience, this is not necessarily a mutually beneficial undertaking. Everyone has been to a house where it seems that not one piece of furniture matches in design. I think this may well be the product of stores such as this. Which is not all bad for some people, I mean, Britney Spears has mismatched furniture right? Getting the right furniture is probably very important: however if you're in a real hurry, this furniture store might just be a suitable port of call.
