FANTASTiC SHOP! Shopping here is the epitome of a wonderful customer experience. Employees are kind, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and FUN. The selection is priced well and offers a wide range of price and quality items that are unique. I live in Dallas, but I will drive here from now on just because the people working here knew what they were talking about and seemed passionate about the products as well as customer service. I just had an amazingly horrible experience at this smoke shop, I've gone to this store years before this store was bought by this new owner, and I've never had problems, actually really I had great customer service "in the pasted". When I was needing glass pipes. Recently me and my significant other stared to move to CBD and I bought a couple of "Ooze" Vape pens and tried these cartridges called "Woke Smoke", which I suggest the "Zittles" brand if your interested. However, after buying my fourth cartridge from this place I noticed a disturbing trend after buying them. Two came with a cover on each side of the Woke Smoke cartridges and two that didn't have covers on the mouth piece. Okay, well the last Zittles cartridge I bought didn't have one. And my girlfriend put it in the vape pen and found out it wasn't Zittles at all, we would know because this was our 3 one we've bought. Needless to say we couldn't believe someone was trying these out and selling them to people during a freaking "Pandemic", the reason I feel like it was used is because there are several air bubbles in the ones that did't have the mouth piece on them and none in the other ones. The reason problem I had arisen when I trying to go into the store and try to talk to the owner, because I don't feel like the managers are trust worthy selling a product like that. Well, that didn't go well. I talked to the guy who sold it to me and I don't know who's responsible for this so I wanted to let the owner know that your employees are messing with his product. So, they didn't want to give me the number which I was upset about but I understand yet I'm an co-owner of a business and if they had a problem with my service I would happily want to hear about any complaints someone had about my service, but to be honest I was stern in my demeanor, however I didn't raise voice to anything but someone who's been fairly wronged with being sold something that was not what I paid for something that was $40 worth. The so called manager furiously got involved, and acted like a complete moron. Instead of talking about it and solving the issue, he wanted to cuss me out and demand I leave store, which is fine, but how someone can get so quick to anger like he got showed to me to be an admission of guilt, to honest that's exactly how it seemed, because managers are there to solve problems not to help create more. If you, the owner here able to read this review, you don't take my word for it. All you have to do is look over the cameras that are in there, and you'll see for yourself these are being switched out. So, after being wrong by the manager with ugly plugs in his ears. I'm going to leave this Yelp review as well as on Facebook, and lastly going to the Texas Workforce on Human Rights, mainly because this guy yelled so loud and said to my girlfriend after the altercation a bunch of lies of what happened and said he would of "beat my ass", over what? For being wronged? Not only is that for I see $82 worth of product being messed with (that I know of), also it's a pandemic going on and this person could of possibly contaminated my product that yawl sold to me. If I could I would leave a zero star review but it won't let me. And if this manager wants to fight his problems away, maybe just maybe he might be reason for this happening in the first place! read more

This is one of my favorite shops. The water pipes are all amazing. Small to large. Pipes are high quality and you literally get all you need in one shop. Never had an issue here and their hard stance on no cell phones is great. My phone kept blowing up and there was never any need for me to pull it out. I respect businesses like that. Kat is by far one of the best workers here. Known her for a bit and she's a no nonsense type and really that's what you need out of this store. No sugar coating. Honest and up front. And a good people person. Being able to come in with concerns and questions and she has all the answers which make someone like me, a super casual smoker, have more know how and feel like I've learned something new. Really appreciate all the help they give. The shop is in an easy to get to location. It's a small shop that's pretty clean. It's well taken care of and when you are surrounded by so much stuff, it's awesome to have workers easily guide you to where you want to go and find the items right for your smoking needs. Long time customer of theirs, I've never had a bad experience with anyone here nor any thing I have purchased. Will definitely be back when I need something new. Keep up the good work. read more

I purchased an e-cig from habits on Tuesday, by Sunday the battery had broken and become unusable. When I brought it into the store they immediately accused me of be careless and reckless. The top and the bottom of the battery separate in such a way to expose the circuits, obviously the fastener they used was inadequate. They basically accused me of breaking it intentionally. I am extremely careful with my purchases and take very good care of my possessions, both of the clerks were extremely rude about their no refund or exchanges policy. While I realize they must deal with that often, that does not give you a blank check to be rude. While I would have been unhappy about being stuck with useless equipment, their immediate accusals lost them my business. I have been a loyal customer for years and always referred friends. Now, well, please only go if you want shoddy products and the worst service. read more

I get it. It's a smoke shop. Should I expect excellent customer service? Probably not. But, basic human decency and respect is, and needs to be a part of every business. I called to ask about a product in stock. Instead of answering my question, the employee chose to correct my pronounciation twice. When I said "it's whatever", the response was a cold and short NO.....no other words, nothing else but silence. Rude. Terrible customer service. As the saying goes - - Kindness, that shit is free. They have the best price on the Djarum cloves that I buy. Customer service is top notch. And if you happen to be helped by Morgan, then you will get a very sweet, friendly, and happy girl that will have you leaving with a big smile. This place is AWFUL and clearly the owner has anger management issues. We bought a scale from here and they calibrated it for us and then it worked ONCE and afterwards not at All. We tried changing the batteries and everything. So we thought okay, let's go back and get another or exchange. As soon as we walk in this guy pulls a gun and screams for us to get out of the store... yes he is allowed to have one at his place of business for safety reasons but to do this and put people in danger when it wasn't necessary... was very scary. Never go here. They have things that will fall apart and break and if you try to go back he won't be happy with that. Avoid this place all together. read more

Clerks are rude or just don't care and couldn't or should I say wouldn't help me. They have also had a shitty attitude w/ my BF so it isn't just me. If they don't know something they start yelling for their manager which wouldn't be a bad thing but it happens ALLTHE TIME!! I never give reviews but since most people only post bad experiences figured I'd post something. Been buying my cigars from these guys for over 3 years never once have I had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, helpful with me as well as the other patrons I observe them helping. Don't always judge based on the negative reviews cause rarely do people post positive experiences! read more
