Because not only he is extremely effective, time efficient and organized - which will save you a ton of money - but also is very down to earth, realistic and has something else I've never seen in any lawyer: the cool factor. When I say cool, I mean the invaluable ability to remain calm, centered, so balanced in every situation that it's almost Zen. Remember all the bad things we all grew up listening about lawyers? The owner of the property mgmt company refers to himself as Jesus Christ (evidenced inthe screenshots) which just goes to show you the type of company that this law firm keeps. He was hired by this mgmt company to threaten me to take down a Google Review I left for them after catching them red-handed in insurance fraud... seriously, no joke. And they likely spent thousands of dollars with this guy too. Carlo's brilliant strategy was to contact me personally via email writing in all caps trying verbally threaten / harass me thinking that would scare me. Which completely backfired on him... now he gets his own review. Funny how as soon as I had a lawyer lined up to counter, his tone immediately changed in his emails (see screenshots attached). Honestly, if you're going head to head with Carlo, you'd probably only really need ChatGPT to win out against this guy and his entire law firm in the court of law. What an absolute embarrassment. Avoid. You'll thank me later.
