I was in the process of buying my first home ever, so I was very foreign to the entire process of purchasing a home. After my offer got accepted, I was stressed for dayss. The documents I had to review were endless, I had to get an inspector, find a settling attorney and a lender. I emailed a good handful of attorneys pretty late in the day and within a short amount of time, Marc emailed me back in full detail what their firm offers, what their prices were, and what I should look into as a home buyer. From his email, I got a good vibe from him; that I could trust him with my first home purchase. Throughout the entire process for a month and a half, Marc and his team have been amazing to me. I constantly emailed Marc, and Jonathan to answer stupid questions I had and they were very patient with me. I honestly could not be more happy to have them as part of my process. When the closing date started to get close, Kelly and Jonathan reached out to me to make sure I was fully prepared for closing date. They instructed me what to bring (bank check, empty check in case I have extra payments, 2 forms of ID etc) even though I should have researched on this. This team is always on top of their work and always available. On closing day, I got to meet Joe and he is amazing!!! When he reviewed what seemed like hundreds of documents with me, he was very knowledgeable, patient. Unfortunately the closing documents from my seller did not reach the registry of deeds on closing date which was frustrating for me but Joe and his team assured me to not worry. We finished all the paperwork to make sure we can get recorded the very first thing when documents arrived. The next day I called Joe to make sure we are still on track to record everything and rest assured, he emailed me the moment I got recorded.
